Perfect size and easy to put together. Delivered a day early which worked out. Ordered two because We have this really awkward corner off our kitchen. We put our fireplace there but it was still awkward. These chairs make the space perfect and so cozy. The grandkids love it. The swivel allows the chairs to turn so whoever is sitting there can interact with the dining and kitchen area. The recliner handles are on the inside which is not shown on the website but it's fine. Easy to put the feet down. Ordered covers to protect them. Comfortable and the heat and message are great options. Great price!! Merry Christmas to us!

This item came in two boxes with two days of delivery. In addition, the first box contained the two arm rests/sides with not handle on the rigth side (missing part) to raise the leg rest. In addition the process for a return was very difficult. I finally got a return date, I still don't have the shipping labels for thh two boxes. I believe the this chair is quality item and worth purchasing it if the item was complete with no parts missing.

I purchased two of these and they are not as pictured,bait and switch. The reclining button is a pull ring on the inside of the seating cushion,which does work but a hard pull and I'm afraid after several uses will have marks or rips in fabric and to put down the leg rest you have to use our legs to push it back into position. The chairs don't set properly,feel like you are tipping out but do swivel nice and rock fine. The massage/heat work fine but loud. Fabric is nice. Easy to put together if you have a steady hand to line up things. Measurements are accurate. So over all the bad points are... you don't mind the pull ring on the inside of the cushion,hard to put down the leg rest,a bit loud massage and a bit tipped forward,here you go! The good points,fabric nice,swivels/rocks well,massage/heat works,easy to put together,measurements accurate. As for a return, I am about 40 miles from the nearest Walmart/town, I am a senior,so that is not an option. For the price over all they will serve the purpose of extra seating for holidays,so good thing they aren't used much.

Chair pretty, but not good quality. My right arm on one chair is very weak, shakes. I asked for a reshipment of right arm, no reply. I'm scared that the arm is going to fall out, so I stop sitting in the chair until I can get a replacement.

The chair came with a small rip and also had oil-like stains on the side.

Chair is poor quality entire back broke within 6 weeks. Attempted to contact seller by email several times no response. I also paid for product assurance insurance that hasn’t not helped saying seller should cover for a year. What a waste of money all around.

They refused to admit that they sent the wrong item and continued to argue. They asked me to take a screwdriver and assemble the chair without any assembly instruction.

Only received the bottom part of the chair and still no response from the seller. Walmart has not been helpful in getting this resolved. Still no refund either. Will be placing a formal complaint!!

I ordered 2 recliners from them, first package they sent just the bottom of the recliners, I called told them I needed the arms and the backs to both chairs. They said they'd take care of it, the sent the arms and back for. 1 chair, and now here I am still trying to get the back and arms for the second chair
