The recipe book included directions for creating many other ideas. I threw some things together, (mostly apple and raisin,) that turned out well, but mostly alcoholic, so do beware your own recipes. Easy cleanup of equipment. No finished product bottles included . Needs the full package of yeast to ferment properly.

i like that it has everthing that i dont understand. each fruit you use is a little different. still basically when you find fruit on the tree and ripe get about 3 or 4 pounds and use the best ones. my wino buddy Roger said it makes a big difference between fair and great wine. dont kill the fruit be gentle. use the best water.

an enjoyable way to turn excess fruits into wine. easy to follow instructions. first batch was fro watermelons from the garden, and it came out fabulously.

Is good for one person and honey should be provided with kit

The cap for the gallon jug cracked when I first tried to screw it on. I'm going to have to buy a new one other than that it's a great kit.

Easy instructions to follow

Came a week later than promised, our fruit was fermenting on its own- NOT in a good way! Materials are cheap. Bucket is too flimsy to pick up with water without squeezing inward. Would buy good materials separately instead of this kit.
