Home Gym Assembly Level 2

The guys were super nice and friendly

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase and with the overall experience. First, the delivery was already a problem. The order arrived late, and some of the packages were missing. The missing packages did not arrive until TWO DAYS later, which delayed everything even further. Then there was the assembly. The assembly was scheduled almost ONE WEEK after the original delivery date. When the assembly appointment finally came today, the installer was unable to properly complete the assembly because part of the chest/press system was extremely difficult and essentially impossible to assemble correctly with the way the machine is designed. I want to be clear: the assembly person was not the problem. The guy who came was okay and tried to do his job. My disappointment is with the machine itself and the product quality, as well as the overall Walmart experience. The machine is extremely unstable and makes a lot of noise. It does not feel solid, comfortable, or safe enough for a home gym. The construction and design are very disappointing. For the amount of money I paid, I expected a much more stable and reliable machine. After waiting for the delivery, waiting for the missing packages, and then waiting almost another week for assembly, I ended up with a machine that I am simply not comfortable using. I would NOT recommend this Syedee home gym. The product quality does not match what I expected, and the entire experience has been frustrating from delivery to assembly to the actual performance of the machine. Walmart needs to do a much better job with products like this. I am completely disappointed with this purchase.

This item was built wrong!! The wiring was put in the wrong spot, leaning or resting on a bar, and it is completely shredded and it shredded the bar as well. This machine is not able to be used right now

I am still waiting for the assembly of this product. I received this on June 8th, and after several emails, I still haven't been given a date, although they keep saying they're working on it. Do you have another team that does home assembly?

They just sent me a text about assembling the home gym as of September 22 We received the home gym on September 02 poor service I would recommend them to anyone
