I ordered a King size bed from Homfa through Walmart and promised in our messages that if the item arrived in excellent condition and matched the described quality, I would leave a positive review. I am happy to keep my word. The delivery was delayed on Walmart's side, however despite the delay, the bed arrived complete and undamaged. From the very beginning, the seller clearly communicated and assured me that they took full responsibility for the order, which gave me confidence throughout the process. The bed arrived very well packaged, both externally and internally. Each individual part was carefully packed separately. I hired a professional to assemble the bed, but thanks to the clear and detailed instructions, everything was easy to understand and fully matched the provided instructions. I would also like to highlight the storage drawers under the bed — they are excellent, ergonomic, and very practical for organizing items. The LED lighting is another great feature: it offers multiple modes and intensity levels, creating a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. The quality of the materials is very good for the price. Easy to install , took my husband and I about 2 1/2 hrs. Very beautiful bed, seems sturdy. Quick delivery, all pieces were there no damages. Love my new bed! Great price, would definitely recommend!

I ordered the bed in white, but I was surprised to receive it in black. I only discovered the mistake after the bed had already been assembled because I hired people to install it. After the installation was completed, we realized that the color was different from what I ordered. This caused inconvenience and additional cost for the assembly. Please advise how this issue can be resolved.

I did not get the same as the picture, definitely not worth it

The assembly is fast, but I do not know why bad items always arrive at me and the worst thing that weigh so much to return them, this is the second item I buy, the first thing was a large 3-seat sofa and now my bed and it arrives badly, missing the thread from inside where the screw of the F1 part goes and never, but they never give me another item or return of my money, since it is too heavy to return it and the second thing that is very big for my car and how can they send only one person for the shipments? That the weight is so much that they throw away the things you buy.

I'm waiting for 10 days my refund , I received the bed and it was broken and I returned it, today it's been 10 days since I returned it and they haven't returned my money

My package was delivered the box was broken and parts left hanging out. When I went to assemble the bed some parts were missing. I was only able to use the head board.

The package came damaged, all of the hardware is missing, the LED controller is missing, and now unable to assemble. It is a gorgeous set so hopefully I won't have problems getting one that doesn't look like a defect.
