I was so impressed when this mattress arrived—right out of the box, it looks like something you’d find in a luxury showroom. The stitching is neat, the surface has a clean, modern finish, and the edge detailing gives it a premium feel. It adds a polished, stylish look to my bedroom, and honestly, just seeing it makes the room feel upgraded. Great presentation and packaging too!

I recommend this mattress. I purchased it and received it in a big box. The box was a bit heavy. Assembly of the mattress was easy. All I had to do was open the box take the mattress out. The mattress came with a blade used to open the plastic around the mattress. Be careful with doing this because there's pressure and you wanna make sure nobody is close to the mattress when it opens . I put the mattress on the frame that I wanted it on so once I opened the plastic the mattress just rolled right up on it. The picture that is attached to this review is the day that I first day that I opened the mattress. I allowed the mattress to inflate itself for up to 72 hours. Last night was the first night that I slept on it and I must say that this mattress is very comfortable and firm. It is also very beautiful.

The mattress arrived in a densely packed cardboard box. It was heavy, but easy to carry inside. Knowing that the mattress needs 3 days to expand. It feels like a much more expensive mattress, but we appreciate the affordable price!

Paid 203$ for pure comfort i am not a BOT lol ….. just a millennial enjoying her new mattress yes u can feel the spring a little when u sit in the edge but its nothing tha would damper my review i have slept in it a few nights now and definitely recommend for a budget friendly upgrade! Its came a day early and we left it sit for roughly 60 plus hrs before we slept on it it is heavy ! So har help lifting and setting it up

amazingly soft fabric for a mattress. bit heavy but it was a queen so thats understandable. props to the poor delivery driver tht delivered it. fast shipping an really good quality for the price

love this bed, it's so comfy and I love that it's black just so it doesn't get discolored over time. it sprung out of the box fast so be careful unpacking. you can bounce and never feel springs thru all the padding.

First off, how do I return a mattress? I received two days after it was delivered to a ForkLift business in the neighboring town. I am so disappointed in this purchase. Currently on day two of it infallating before its ready to be slept on, but I can see this was a regrettable purchase. You can feel the springs around the entire circumference and the thin mattress is laughable. How do I returned this mess of a mattress?

Ordered a 14" Full, received a 12" at best (pictured) emailed tags and photos to seller no response. Also please note this had more than the recommended 72 hours to gain its form and size post opening. Very Disappointed!

Delivered very fast. Was difficult to unravel with all the plastic. I love tye color and size. But dissatisfied with how comfortable it is. It hurts my lower back. The top is soft texture but not plush. The bed is too firm. It’s not for me.
