This is my very first mattress in a box. I was surprised that I could get a mattress that has springs rolled up into a box. The full size mattress was really heavy for me and my 22-yo daughter to get it up two flights of stairs but it was well worth the struggle. We laid it on her boxspring, used the slicer, which is really a small letter opener, to open the plastic and it popped right open and rolled down her bed. We opened it upside down and had to flip the mattress over but that wasn't an issue at all. We are very happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend it.

I recommend this mattress. I purchased it and received it in a big box. The box was a bit heavy. Assembly of the mattress was easy. All I had to do was open the box take the mattress out. The mattress came with a blade used to open the plastic around the mattress. Be careful with doing this because there's pressure and you wanna make sure nobody is close to the mattress when it opens . I put the mattress on the frame that I wanted it on so once I opened the plastic the mattress just rolled right up on it. The picture that is attached to this review is the day that I first day that I opened the mattress. I allowed the mattress to inflate itself for up to 72 hours. Last night was the first night that I slept on it and I must say that this mattress is very comfortable and firm. It is also very beautiful.

Ordered a 14" Full, received a 12" at best (pictured) emailed tags and photos to seller no response. Also please note this had more than the recommended 72 hours to gain its form and size post opening. Very Disappointed!
