The directions were easy to read. The pieces were easy to identify. it was like adult legos. It took 4 hours to put it together. looks good.

it took a long time to assemble, about 8 hours but i like the design and practicality and the wheels are just as appreciated. i think it's a beautiful piece of furniture, definitely will recommend. And the fact that there's no extra shipping cost makes it a perfect choice.

Arrived in 2 days, undamaged %26 all parts included. Nothing was missing. Easy to follow directions. It does have over 200 screws so it takes a little while to put together. The last 14 screws for the back were very difficult to get in where they are supposed to go. There's no guide marks you just eyeball where they go. Since they didn't go in right I just left them off. I think its intended to provide support for the back panels but seems fine without them. The island holds a lot %26 I'm very pleased with it.

Arrived damaged. Top board had been hit and depressed, bottom side had three lines showing damage. Picture showed silver hardware. Dark finish hardware arrived. Still like the unit and design. Didn't like the damage, but didn't want to ship unit back. A discount would be nice. I have not heard back from customer support.

Use a drill, there are so many screws. Takes a while to put together, more pieces than I realized. Read ahead in the directions so you know which end will be the top. We got two to put back to back and 1 end against the wall. By the time we realized one end was wrong it was too late to fix, but for us it worked out because we just put that end against the wall. The second one went together much more smoothly. There were a couple spots where the screws pushed a bit of the particle board off so there are a couple chips. This isn't my permanent solution for storage, with my 2 large dogs, 1 still a puppy who chews, and currently 9 cats, anyone want a kitten lol. This will get me through until I get to remodel my kitchen, and will keep it looking decent in the mean time.

The unit does fit in my kitchen but for durability, it may not hold up to daily use. it has helped with clutter and with careful use it should last awhile, but i have a feelung the photo print on the top will scratch and fade with normal usage. i like how the doors work but now im wishing i got the one with the drop leaf, and deeper cabinets. i may replace the top with local cedar wood and varnish, making it slightly larger, but for now this top will do. the adjustable shelves are nice but are limited to three spots for placement. Quart jars fit on the shelves but only two jarscwith a gap. im looking for containers to use the space more efficiently. plus i dint want to stress the hinge on the swung open doir with shelves inside. it looks really neat and seals so no mouse could sneak inside. so i may try plastic storage containers to fit in place. The instructions were easy to follow, and cams to make assembly easy. i hace another similar cabinet coming today to store items in the dining room. it feels nice to get organized,

This island is beautiful, looks great in the kitchen. Putting this island together was a nightmare it's definitely a 2 person job taking over 5 hours to assemble. If I knew the assembly would have taken this much time %26 energy I would have paid for it to been assembled. The finished product is very nice and I do recommend it for anyone in need of an island.

This is more complicated to put together than it needs to be. I had plenty of extra screws and that was appreciated. Some of the wood is already damaged looking. In the photo you'll see on the left bottom area where some of it appears bent/coming up near the doors. Not sure how long this will look nice for with use. Overall I am pleased with this. I have a small kitchen and this is the right size.

This kitchen island would have been great, except it was missing a piece so I couldn't install all of the shelves. I chatted with Walmart and they couldn't give me the piece I was missing, and I didn't want to disassemble the whole thing to ship it back so I had to leave the shelves off until I can make a make shift part. This is a really nice island, but the missing part ruined it for me.

This item has yet to be delivered to me. Fed x dropped it off at the wrong address on Dec 9th. I have called 6 times to customer service and a message to seller. They keep saying wait 48 hours. I have waited 48hours 3 times. Still no delivery or credit.
