My son loves this train! There are lots of fun features!!! --The inside of the engine car is decorated! --The passenger doors open and close! --The train goes under an archway--a very nice archway! --There are signs for both towns you're entering and leaving! --The lever for the railroad crossing goes up and down, and there is a place on the tracks that shows the ends of a road coming 'through' the tracks for realism. --The clock in the station moves! --The station has one of those glass protective windows with the circle to talk to customers! (Of course it's plastic or something, but a very cool effect!) --The track is colored with flower patch stickers! The train is resilient. If it falls off the track because your kid bumps it, it's not made to break easily. My son has knocked it off many times already and it easily resets. And the noise is not horrible or obnoxious either. The sounds are fun for a train and your child will not be disappointed by them! You can turn the switch for the train to 'on', 'try', or 'off'. I recommend this train station as a gift for any boy or girl who loves make-believe %26 trains or make-believe animal stories. It's a ton of fun and the workmanship of this train %26 station is very well done. It's a nice big train and station, too, making it eye-catching and really appealing for a kid's bedroom or playroom. It's fun to watch my son play with it!

my daughter just turned 3 but got this for christmas and it has been her favorite christmas gift. she loves vehicles, anything that moves. this is extra great because theres lots of places for her toys to ride as passengers or be the train conductor. she has a blast with it. its a very simple toy, but she loves it!

This train is amazing and a low stimulation option for overstimulated parents. It's extremely easy for my three-year-old to use. It makes minimal noise and she has been playing with it for hours . It is super cute and charming . I do see in a few other reviews that the train does get stuck but only feel that when's the wheels aren't lined up properly, but my little girl, she barely wiggles the train and it gets back on track just fine. Haven't had any detailing issues. Only issues is the cars do unhook pretty easily but that's no biggie. I feel like this was a very good purchase and my daughter loves it.

I bought it for Christmas for my 2 year old grandaughter. My 6 and 3 year old grandsons loved helping her set it up and they play with it too.

It's just confusing because the price on the deal is only $35.00 but it charged me $36.54 and I'm a wallmart member

the train doesnt run around the track very well. it gets stuck every time but its a cute toy

While the set is super cute, it does not work properly. The track is slightly warped (or curved too sharply?) and will not snap together seamlessly. A few milimeters of height difference in the track is enough to derail the train engine and/or cars... every. single. time. We have not been able to run the train even once around the track without the front train wheels derailing at some point. As a pricy Christmas present for my 3 year old it is a big disappointment.

This train set is adorable! Great idea but poor execution. The train keeps going off the rails no matter how many times I adjust it. If it was a straight line for the rail track it would be perfect, but when you put it on an oval it goes off the rails on every single turn making it not fun for my toddler. This really needs to be fixed, otherwise it is no fun at all for kids.

Very cute train and figurine, but the track is not the best quality. With the set that we have, the train will not go around the track, the train derails all the time. My son got frustrated and asked for me to fix it and we could not fix it he moved on to another toy.
