Kid Connection Pirate Island Playset, 26 Pieces

Great toy for little ones!!..was at the beach and the toys are soo expensive at shops there..so went online at Walmart and got this for my 5yr old grandson...He absolutely LOVES it!!..perfect pirate theme from beach trip..its bigget than i thought!

only downfall was the merchandise did not come boxed

Arrived without a couple parts, limited options of what you can do with it.

Bought this for my son almost 2 years ago and he still plays with it! This is great quality, which is hard to come by these days.

This pirate set is such a cool addition to the other sets! It has a treasure chest, an octopus to guard it, a skeleton pirate, a little parrot that can be moved around, even a telescope. There's a rope kids can use to "tie" the boat to the island to raid it. It's well thought out and allows for concrete play for autistic kids, while also encouraging imaginative play. We got it so my 5 yo could have a Pirate Headquarters for her (paw patrol) and she absolutely loves it. She's played with this and the other sets daily.

The toy itself is cute, though pretty cheaply made. I really think my son is going to love it. Just hope it holds up to my rough and tumble 8 yr old. My issue is that the toy showed up with the batteries dead, and they are button cell batteries. I expected a new toy. Not one someone had worn out in the store. smh. Now I have to order batteries and hope it actually works.

Our pirate set up was missing the people and the cannon. I ordered it online as a gift and didn't realize it was missing pieces until my son opened it and was playing with it then looked at the instructions that showed it was supposed to have people and a cannon.

My kids love the toy, unfortunately it was delivered to us missing the octopus head. It was a birthday gift and my child wanted to play with it right away so we won't be going through the hassle of exchanging it. The skull head also falls open on its own often. The toy itself is really fun, but we received a damaged toy.
