we had to have the name brand filter, searched for awhile for the best price and walmart had it! cheaper than amazon and shipped for free! these filters work so much better than the no name brands, we have allergies and breathing issues so we need good filters

The two filters came in an original Honeywell box, inside a shipping box. The shipping box arrived fine, but the inner box had one side crushed, causing a severe dent in one of the filters. That must have been obvious when the inner box was put in the shipping box, and Walmart should not have shipped a damaged item. even after trying to "unbend" the bent filter, it will probably have an air gap and not work properly.

These filters give off a horrible oily smell. I only use these because there are no other good brands of air cleaner with available filters in my area. If you can find a different brand than Honeywell that you can get filters for you should definitely consider it. Have seen many, many other reviews mentioning the awful oily smell. What's wrong with these people?

Product ok. Was 3 days late and tracking didn't make any sense. Also said shipper not seller. No wonder there wasn't any reply with a complaint chat and email.

I am so irritated. This product advertises like it is a certified Honeywell filter from the company, but it's not. It came in a brown box and was not in the Honeywell product boxes. I will be returning. I purchased other filters that "look" like the certified filters and they were horrible. Did not filter my air at all. Did a test with the air after I cooked bacon and the air didn't clean up like it normally does with the "real" filters. I will only buy the certified products from Honeywell from here on out. That's what I thought I was purchasing, but they have misleading advertising and make it look real, with the real box in the pictures and everything.

I am very disappointed in these filters. I thought I was buying the "Honeywell" filters as shown on the item. My filters came in plain boxes and ARE NOT Honeywell filters! If I wanted to buy a non brand filter I would have. I wanted only Honeywell. This was deceitful advertising.
