Convenient and good
Great go to buttermilk. No waste. Many uses. I mainly use it for baking. I store it in the refrigerator. Nice airtight container that it is packed in. 1/2 cup water 4 tablespoons. Mix together and set aside while working on other part of my baking recipe or cooking. I have been using HOOSIER Farms buttermilk for 5 years.

For baking
I don't buy this to mix and drink, I mix the smaller amount for baking. This is a similar product to Sako Buttermilk Powder but, in my opinion, this tastes better. Great price and Wally's! Thanks, Walmart!

Great substitute for liquid buttermilk.
I use this buttermilk for cooking. I never seem to have liquid buttermilk for the recipe I am cooking. Having this dry buttermilk in the pantry is a life saver.

New staple ingredient at our house
We used this to make our own ranch seasoning. It is fantastic. We are loving this. Cant wait to add to homemade cornbread, pancakes and waffles.

Seems good, but took 1.5 months to get? bought this for long term storage of powdered essentials. youknow, the whole virus thing and panic... I'm one of them. Can't believe it took SOOOOO long to recieve, which is reason for one missing star. the product itself is what it is.

Don't bother buying this; expensive
This powder is virtually identical in taste to the non-fat powdered milk I receive through senior commodities once a month. Seriously. Don't buy it. If you are used to buying commercial liquid cultured buttermilk to make buttermilk biscuits, pancakes, waffles, etc, you will be totally NOT HAPPY with this powder. I wish I'd bought the Saco powder instead. Have some respect for your taste buds, for heaven's sake.
