The product is very good but many quality factors depend on how you choose to mix it_ which can vary... We like to add a little coconut mct oil for smoothness and health benefits. Sometimes we add a touch of honey. This reduces the ammont of water that is added_ so results may vary. This product has become one of our pantry staples. *Amberson Farms Peanut butter powder is also very good and handy for emergency food storage.

Absolutely love this healthier option (less fat and sugar than store bought peanut butter) and its many uses!!! I am an avid home chef and I absolutely love this product whether I am making Thai inspired dishes or baking cookies, making smoothies, or blend into cream cheese for snacks! Extra protein for sweet or savory dishes!

I've bought powdered peanut butter for a long time and thought I'd try this. Absolutely no difference between this and the much higher priced brands.. actually better in my opinion.. Not going back to the name brands.. sticking with the Great Value Walmart brand at a much lower price!!!

I was talking to AI about my Kodiak waffles which are 12 g of protein and how I add peanut butter. AI told me about the dry peanut butter to lose the fat content if I wanted to lose weight. this still gives me the added protein from the peanut butter without the fat I just mix it in my syrup.

For me, I use this as a money saving way to fill my dog's lick mats. I can make it as thin or thick as I want to for different things. One thing that I found out was that if you mix up more than you need right now, you need to out the extra in the fridge. Otherwise, it ferments. It works perfectly for my needs.

I am a peanut butter junky but standard peanut butter is loaded with calories and dietary fat. I like powdered peanut butter because it is 60 calories tor 2 TBSP. This brand is much cheaper than the other powdered peanut butter brands. I prepare it many ways. For spoonable peanut butter I mix water, and Equal substitute. I add dry powder into my plain Greek yogurt add chocolate skinny syrup for a low calorie high protein snack. I also use the powdered peanut butter in place of standard peanut butter in all cookie/ cake/fudge recipes that typically need peanut butter.

I fully recommend it for peanut butter cookies! the cooked consistency is minimally different, less oily, more cakey. the batter was on the thin side so I corrected with some flour and some extra peanut butter powder. the cookies didn't spread out as much as usual. next time I might thicken with more peanut butter powder and less flour. as a low fat cookie it's superb! the taste was the same, only less oily.

I love about all Great Value products. But this one I'd rather spend the extra few dollars to get the other brand. I don't see how this got such a great rating from everyone else. It really doesn't have a taste to it. The more I ate it the taste got worse. I couldn't taste the PB at all. It was kinda gritty and wouldn't blend in good at all. Maybe I got a bad batch. But this was awful.

This used to be a great product until Walmart changed suppliers. I used to buy it all the time, but now I won't buy it anymore and will find another brand. The new formula is nothing like the old one and has more sugar too. Very disappointed. Walmart please go back to the original!

Great Value Gluten-Free Powdered Peanut Butter, 30 oz When I unscrewed the lid, I found that there was no seal on the top of the bottle. A customer is not supposed to use a product if the seal is broken or is absent. I like to exchange it or get refund, whichever is possible.
