it works great. the clean water/solution container is small, and you'll have to refill it often. It isn't designed to clean a whole rooms carpet. more for cleaning up a spill or dog accident. with that in mind, it's a great little machine for the price.

This little thing is powerful at 63 they make things to heavy to lug this little machine is light weight and the fill and empty system is really very easy. For price and quality must have tool for homes with pets. Removes the water very well from the carpet

This space saving carpet cleaner is just what I needed and it does a great job cleaning my carpet. I would prefer no cord, but it really is not too much of a bother and is fairly long. While it's mostly easy to clean, I would prefer if tit came apart to clean the rollers and around them. It was minimal trouble though. I knew being small I would need to dump dirty water and refill often. Still, I'm very happy with this purchase. Delivery was prompt too.

Suction. My carpet was almost dry when finished shampooing, plus I can see in the window above the beater bar how much and how dirty the liquid is that's pulling out of the carpet. The machine can be cleaned very well when finished with some effort. Important to make sure it completely drys on the inside before storing.

Difficult to clean
I really like this smaller cleaner, the only problems I'm having is being able to easily remove the plastic over the top of the brushes. It feels like you might break them because you hav to pull so hard, however that is the only way to clean the machine. Then it is also difficult to get them back on. I bought this unit because as a senior citizen, I needed something small and EASY to clean and take care of.

Lightweight but gotta clean up lots of dirty water
This is lightweight which is nice and the clean water reservoir is easy to fill and attach. However, the dirty water reservoir must be handled at one exact angle to keep dirty water from spilling all over the place when you're removing it and taking it to dump the dirty water. This was difficult for me to do. Also, the machine leaked a significant amount of dirty water from the bottom every time I stopped it to empty the dirty water. I went through two towels cleaning it up by the time I was finished.

very difficult to clean machine
The machine does an effective job of cleaning the rugs. However, cleaning the machine afterwards is almost impossible, especially if you have any type of problems with your hands or back. In order to remove the brush, 5 screws have to be removed from the bottom to loosen the housing and the screws have very small heads. The bucket with the dirty water has an awkward port that makes complete dirty water removal very difficult. As a disabled person, I cannot use this machine easily for the above mentioned reasons.

he is not made for shag carpet and to clean the roller bread blade the roller brush you got to turn the sweeper upside down or either unscrew the sweeper to clean the bristles on the vacuum I would not recommend this unless you want to go through all of that
