I have a long history of my merchandise being dropped at the WRONG address, i continue to call and complain, constantly, but they never do anything about it, quite frankly I'm fed up!! all talk no action is TOTALLY UNBELIEVABLE!!! I'm to the point. no one cares or is incapable of hiring delivery people that can READ, MY STUFF IS DELIVERD TO AN APARTMENT 704 2 BLOCKS AWAY FROM WHERE I LIVE, I GOOGLE MY ADDRESS, IT POPS RIGHT UP TO MY CONDO, in all fairness Sam's has done the same deal, except i was able to put "CALL ME", the guy called me " Mr Blah blah" im at your door. i said NO SIR YOU ARE NOT. I have a doorbell camera, I will direct you to my door, are you at a blue door? yes was his reply. Home depot has done the same thing mpre than once! I am a bedridden disabled veteran, pr i would do my own deliveries, my wife used to go pick the stuff up after she figured out where it being left, she is in a nursing home now, no more doing Walmarts job for them, if ANYBODY READS THIS THAT CAN HELP( OR CARES) I WOULD APPRECIATE IT BEYOND WORDS. The plastic slotted end broke off into the barrel of my .22 pistol on the first use. These plastic parts are weak and dangerous.
