I researched the immune system benefits, and I am thoroughly impressed. It claims to be the "Elixir of long life". I sure hope so! Lol So far, I don't feel any difference. However, in my 30 days of usage, I have not felt sick at all. Due to the weather changes and cold fronts coming in, many people I know are sick with colds or the flu. I am happy not to be affected. I have since recommended Agarikon to my family and friends for their health.
