This product is the only thing I have found as a natural replacement for Adderall that actually works (spent a lot of time researching ingredients for attention/focus and money trying many things) . has a lot of ingredients that if bought separate would be very expensive. Can tell a difference when i take a break from product.

I started using these mushroom capsules last year as we way to help me stay focused %26 provide me with mental clarity. I don't know what I would do without them! It's has been great!

Overall, this supplement does seem to have a positive effect in memory function for me.

I haven't taken these long enough to know how I feel long-term, but I have been taking Lions mane for a while and it does help with brain fog.

Have only been taking this for 5 days, so i will have to circle back at the end of 30 days to share effectiveness. I ordered based on reviews of energy/focus. what i do know is there is no flavor or aftertaste, i am able to take them upon rising with an empty stomach and i feel like maybe my focus is a little better.

Seems to be fair for clarity, but unfortunately these do not contain nearly enough Lion's Mane to help my memory issues. I get much better results from the 1gram/1000 mg of just straight Host Defense Lions Mane.
