Hot Tools Pro Signature 1875W Ionic Hair Dryer, Black

After not using a blow dryer for several years, I decided it was time for me to try one again. I've had this dryer for less than a week. I have used it twice so far. The hair dryer is powerful and something you would see in a Salon. I do have long thin hair and it takes about 10 minutes for my hair to completely dry. The heat isn't too hot. The cooler setting isn't too cold either. I did use the diffuser. You have to go slow and use a low setting or you will end up frizzing your hair. I wasn't left with waves. Not curls. It took about 25 minutes total to create this look. My hair is poker straight and doesn't hold a curl that long. But the waves stayed in all day with a little bit of hair spray. The only thing I did not like is that my hands are on the smaller or petite side. Every time I moved the dryer back and forth, I would either shut the dryer off or turn it to another setting. Otherwise, I would recommend this product.

I have literally owned the same hair dryer since middle school (so roughly, 15+ years). Oddly enough, despite being as old as my hair dryer was, it still worked and has about the same options as this one. I will say, this new hair dryer gets my hair dried in about a third of the time as my old hair dryer which really surprised me. I have always had super thick hair and it takes FOREVER and a day to get my hair completely dry. I generally takes me just as long to dry my hair as it does for me to wash it. I am so thankful that this hair dryer has started saving me time so I can get other things done. My kids thankfully still have rather thin hair, so it takes maybe 5-10 minutes to do their hair. I also like how lightweight this hair dryer is compared to my old one. With how long and thick my hair is, my arms would usually get a workout. This one is not nearly as heavy as my old one. It also has 2 speeds (high and low) and has 3 heat settings (high, medium and low). It also has a "cool shot" button to help lock in your hair style for a longer lasting hold. My favorite thing about this hair dryer is the soft-touch comfort grip and how soft it feels in my hands. It also includes 2 bonus attachments (concentrator and diffuser). I tried to use both but just prefer the regular hair dryer without the attachments. Overall, I am completely satisfied with this hair dryer and would most definitely recommend this product to others.

I pretty much love everything about this dryer. it's black and gold, it has a soft touch to it, and a nice comfortable grip. it has a hook on the handle if you want to hang it from the wall. it has three setting of heat low, medium, and high. and three settings of speed, low, medium, and high. it also has a cold blast button that helps you set your hair after you use the styling tool they include. its called the diffuser attachment. they also give you a concentrator attachment too. the sound is not super loud even on high speed and high heat. it does put out a lot of heat which is good. and I love the different settings you can use with it. the back of the dryer is the gold filter cover, it recommends you remove it everyday to clean, it just twists off. overall i'm very happy with this dryer and use it almost daily, love the diffuser attachment, it does give my hair some much needed volume, I have fine to thin hair that likes to curl a little. so overall it's a great dryer for me!

I received the Hot Tools Signature Series 1875W Salon Turbo Ionic Dryer to review. It has two speed setting, high and low. It has three heat settings, high, medium, and low. A cool shot is also on the dryer. The handle has the ring at the bottom of it. This is for hanging the the dryer. Two end attachments are included with the dryer. One diffuser and one one concentrator. The diffuser is really great to add body to your hair while drying it. The length of the cord is approximately 65 inches. It seems to be plenty long enough to plug in to an outlet and still have room to move around with it a bit. One of the two things I love about this dryer is that the end cap can be pulled off. This allows you to clean the lint filter where the air intake is for the dryer. That has been the death of many of my hairdryers. The filters clog up and you can not clean them out very good unless the cap comes off. The other thing I love about this dryer is the feel of it. The handle and the air outlet feel so very soft. I don't know what this covering is made of but, it is really soft. Not like the hard plastic feel of ordinary dryers. A great hairdryer is something you definitely want. Because if you have hair, you will used it daily.

Hot Tools Signature Series 1875W Salon Turbo Ionic Dryer What I love most about the dryer, the Cool Shot button and how hot it gets. This dryer gets hot on medium. On high it is very hot. It will make your hair straight and silky. The bonus of the Cool shot button after using such powerful heat is wonderful and is needed after using high settings. I like both concentrator and diffuser attachments. The best part about these attachments can be twisted on and off. This is a very nice Hot Tools Signature Series Salon Dryer. I love the results my hair looks just like I had a blow out at the Salon. I also like the gold plated design on the dryer. This dryer is lightweight and soft to hold.

This hot tools turbo dryer dried my efficiently. This is my first time using a diffuser. It seemed to make my hair feel smoother. it worked perfectly with no problems. It came with two attachments and a instruction booklet. It has a high low setting, cold shot button.

The Hot Tools 1875 watt turbo ionic hair dryer grabs you with its looks. Its sleek, stylish design makes it look like it came from a salon. This is one hair appliance you'll want to leave out on display. When's the last time you thought that about a blow dryer? The matte black body combined with the glossy gold trim looks gorgeous hanging out in the bathroom. But it's not just good looking. It can multi-task utilizing the included concentrator to focus air flow or the diffuser attachment for curly/wavy hair. Both pieces simply screw on. There are two speeds—low and high and three temperatures—low, medium and high plus the cold shot button to set in style. The dryer is light, but I had an issue with the handle. The switches were always in the way no matter which way I held it. It's very easy to accidentally nudge one causing unexpected speed or heat changes. It would be better if they were inset below the surface of the handle. I also found the silicon covering attracted dust and hair very easily and I'm not a fan of it. Using it for my morning blowouts made my hair fuller and thicker looking in a very short amount of time. My hair is thin and tends to want to do its own thing, but after using this Hot Tools dryer, it actually gave it some style and made it hold all day without the use of any hair product which I would usually need. Maybe there is something to this ionic technology after all.

This hair blower works well, it has a soft fabric feel to it but it is plastic.It says it has ionic technology leaving your hair looking like it's conditioned, reducing frizz and static but I did not notice any difference compared to my old blow dryer.When you use the turbo button it drys 40% faster. It has three heat settings and a high / low setting as well. This has a five year limited warranty. The box says it is lightweight but it feels average to me. It comes with a plastic diffuser and concentrator tools. It also has a hanging ring on the end of the hair blower handle. It also has a removable end cap so it can be dusted and cleaned. This blow dryer has no user serviceable parts so when it dies it cannot be fixed. It does have a strong chemical smell from the plastic.

It's been a while since I bought my last blow dryer. It definitely beats the old brand I've been using. The blow dryer seems well made and durable. It has three heat settings - high, medium, low. It did take a little longer to dry than my older one. But, that's not a huge issue. It definitely left my hair full and soft. My only con would be the placement of the on/off and heat switches. For me, I like them in the front of the handle. The overall look is nice and slim, and it works great.

This is a nice dryer, I like the golden color back filter cover! The body of the hair dryer is black and very pleasant to the touch, almost velvety. The only thing that I don't like is that the operating buttons are on the side of the tool so when you hold it, it's not very ergonomic you can feel the buttons and they have no rounded edges. Drying wise, the tool is doing a good job, it is drying my hair quickly and I really like the diffusor attachment. Look stylish and works well, I maybe just need to get used to the side buttons!
