Tent was used for my son's graduation party, very easy set and was just what was needed.

Excellent product served a great purpose for work event.

I love the tent nice. Worked very well for my event. However one of the legs was missing the peg that snaps it in place. Thank goodness I was some where that I was able to get a screw to improvise. If I was out in the park I would have been out of luck and able to use the tent. So now I have to use a screw to hold the leg up. To much hassle to lug in and out of the car to take back to the store for a return. I guess you have to pick and chose your battles. If all the pegs are in the legs it was worth the money

We received this with a carry bag that the zipper was broken. Tent wasn't even in the bag. I complained, you sent me a replacement bag that doesn't even fit this tent. We need this asap for a trip at the end of August!!! I want the correct replacement bag for this tent asap!!!

I have been trying to get a hold of someone because one of the arms came broken and no one seems to answer my emails. I tried to get a hold of Walmart and was told I had to go through the vendor which I feel doesn't exist at this point. So now I am stuck with a broken canopy I can not use.

I actually tried within 4 hours to cancel the item which was denied after I read all the bad reviews. Shipped a whole different brand of canopy tent the color of this other one is no where near the one chosen even if they would say the brand is similar. Also can't get a refund unless I bring the item to the store to ship back . Definitely avoid this seller

Arrived damaged and missing pieces. One corner of the tarp has holes and a bar is broken, making the tent even flimsier than what is already is. Setting was not that difficult but if opening it up alone, make sure to secure one end before extending it. We tried to make it work but couldn't. Also it's not that high once up. It's good to sit under but for those of us that are quite tall, you'll need to be careful not to bump into the bars while walking under it. It is a nice looking

Unfortunately, we were not supposed to get this tent, but for some reason they sent us Cobizi we received the wrong tent. Cobiz is a good tent, but was a little hard for me to put up. We had to YouTube it. I was upset that we received the wrong tent, but it was too heavy to send back.

The cross braces in the middle of tent broke during setup When this happened the tend collapsed During the collapse to more cross braces broke The entire tent fell on us and broke leg I was excited to have this tent enclosure to use with my family at our event It was to late and we didn't have enough resources ti replace our cover The day was not so enjoyable with our collapsing tent We ended up having to remove the tent altogether for safety issues and other concerns The cupboard area we had for food and serving was exposed for the rest of the day Not our greatest family outing I will see what I can do to return this item
