this needs a strap to keep it on your face. if you sleep on an incline of any sort it slides right off. otherwise its an amazing earth friendly alternative to the single use steam eye masks from Asia. It is very soothing for tired eyes and headaches.

This eye compress is wonderful it helps with self-care in various areas. Great for dry eye syndrome, %26 puffiness under the eyes.It has helped my sinuses too. It has a warning if the microwave has heated it too hot. The mask has a soothing sensation to the eyes %26 face.

A quality product. I'm using it to help alleviate a block gland it is helping. You only heat for 20 seconds and will last for 10 minutes. It is also relaxing. Very pleased.

dont do what i did! i microwaved it for the recommended 20 seconds and when i took it out it barely felt warm so i did 20 more, i had read the instructions, warnings and everything so its completely on me but my dumb self completely disregarded the "too hot" warning in the mask and lets just say its way hotter on your face than it is on your hands. but other than my own stupidity this mask is wonderful! stays wark for about 15 minutes, the beans in it for heating are wonderful for a little weight too. i just love it

very soothing to the eyes, I have blocked tear duct and blepharitis acting up and my eyes get really sore, this just provided much needed comfort. I wouldn't say its a moist heat, moreso just warmth, but with the shape of the mask and the heat that lasts, I would definitely recommend. well worth the $

This was a nice material, soft enough on my face but it was just too big. The material inside it moved around and fell to the edges on the outside keeping it from staying on my sinus area where I wanted it to i am not a petit woman. This may be the right size for a grown man.

After 20 seconds in the microwave the mask isn't even warm. After 30 seconds it says its too hot. After 2 minutes of use it's almost cold. You're not going to get a full 5 minutes out of this thing without warming it up again. The mask also has eyeholes sewn in (unlike the picture on the box) so the beads won't come into contact with your eyelids, making this useless as an eye compress, which is what it calls itself on the box. It's more like a brief eyebrow and cheekbone warmer than an eye compress.

While this is an inexpensive option, it is difficult to use. I does not stay put even laying down, you have to hold it and mesh it to go over your eyes. If I had not already used it once I would return it, I have had to spend money to order another one, that has a stap to hold on to your head at least. Don't waste your money

Cools down too quickly and the beads inside can't cost much but they are stingy with them. When you lay back, the few that are there fall to the side
