Another one of the great priced deals that Walmart offers. My sister is a huge Game of Thrones fan. She's been talking about getting this prequel for some time now. The price was good and item available for immediate shipping. Shipping and packaging were in great condition and item arrived in excellent shape. Since this is a Christmas present, I can't give a review of the quality of storyline. I've seen all of the original Game of Thrones and own them as well. I look forward to borrowing this prequel from her. Or, I might just purchase another for myself.
The item was as expected, actually arrived early, and we've been enjoying it every day.
It's pure fantasy movie
Game of Thrones continues. If even remotely a fan of the source material then this is a must see. Some may question if it up to par with the main show in its family(GOT). Even if its not it is still a worthy watch imo.
A fantastic prequel series that captures all of the magic of it's predecessor, with MORE DRAGONS! What's not to love? The picture and sound quality of the discs surpassed the original streaming experience, so there's no downside to this release.
fantastic show, hd and you get the digital copies for streaming on the go. what more can you ask for?
Can't answer the first two questions because it's a Christmas gift so I won't know until it's opened
Not as good as the original game of thrones series, not even as good as seasons 6 and 7 of the original series when D%26D's editorial input on George R.R. Martin's masterpiece, started to fall apart. I mean with D%26D at the helm, the wheels really started falling off when they ran out of Martin's source material. But even then!... it was a hair better than House of the Dragon. Having said that... if your desperate for new fantasy, House of the Dragon will do. AND House of the Dragon is far superior to recent fantasy works such as the unwatchable Rings of Power and the equally bad Wheels of Time. They too were disappointments, but much greater disappointments. Since Peter's Jackson interpretation of J.R.R. Tolkien's Lord of the Rings set the bar so high (perfection) any modern adaptation of his world was bound to fall short. And Amazon's Rings of Power not only fell short, but it failed spectacularly, especially when it is taken into account how much money was spent on that project's production and marketing. So as far as more recent fantasy work goes, House of the Dragon is a triumph, even if it is short of the original game of thrones.
The Blu-rays were great, but the digital code had expired and they would not give me another one. Paid for a Blu-ray and Digital code but have no code 👎👎
Not has good has “Game of Thrones” first season. Starts off slow. Hopefully season two will be better. This copy keeps trying to get you to buy the 4k version.
