Banderas is the best Puss n Boots
You can get a couple of kids to watch with you if you are insecure, but Antonio Banderas was never sexier until he put on boots and a hat with a plume and started sword fighting as a cat. Ah - speak to me Antonio you animal!

Oh, those big sad kitty eyes!
This film, though in my opinion is not quite as good as the first one, it still has a lot of entertainment to be had. Parents be warned, however that there were more lines of inappropriate humor and some brief cross dressing that was gratuitous and unnecessary. Still my grade is a B.

A fantastic family film with a sharp edge
All I can say is that this is an instant modern day classic that lives up to the Shrek legacy, a series that was built on not just being a parody of fairytales but also on giving us a nuanced modern take on them that still retains their charm. With this movie the stunning visuals and amazing writing go hand in hand with the charm and depth the film gives to its characters. The heroes are witty and full of life while the villains hit a balance of sinister and dastardly funny in a way that's just right. Puss In Boots The Last Wish gets a 10/10 from me.

unexpectedly good
I have never seen the original Puss n Boots and I'm not a fan of the Shrek movies, but i heard this movie was different. let me tell you, this is the best animated film I've seen in years. They take the issues in the movie seriously and not everything is a cheap joke. The wolf is the amazing...and would have scared me as a child. excellent voice acting by everyone. a new unexpected classic!

Animation at its finest
This film is perfection from start till the end! Loved the themes it got and the wolf is very threatening. Loved all the characters and the new characters too.

blu-ray movie
I normally don't write reviews, but I purchased the puss in boots collectors edition for my daughter's birthday, and the Blu-ray does not play at all. The regular dvd does. Its very upsetting.
