HP 14" QUALCOMM

I have nothing to say but positive feedback. The order came in a timely matter very well packed. The only thing is that the post man left it on the outside of the door of the building instead of bringing it in the building.

Laptop exceeded my expectations. It was inexpensive and lightweight. It's perfect for my needs as casual user. And the year if MS Office a plus.

My computer was great and I would refer others..

the on/off button don't work since I had it.

I bought this laptop for my son bc he needed one for general business purposes and he is not very good with computers. I chose this one bc it will not get infected with viruses. So far he likes it and there have been no problems.

I like it because it's smaller than my previous laptop. I like it so far. it took too long to set up going from one laptop to another

It is adequate for very basic things but it was set up with Windows 11 and that has made it very restrictive for doing many of the things I normally want to do and load on to the computer. Very very disappointing!!!! If it is not Microsoft related it doesn't like it and makes it difficult/restrictive to download. I will try and see if I can get some other version other than Windows 11 as many of the reviews are not favorable.

I bought this computer for my aunt to use. I should've done more research before I made my purchase. The ARM microprocessor that this thing using wasn't compatible with the software programs that I needed to install. Fix? Patch? There aren't any. And it doesn't like McAfee or Adobe, as well. I don't know why HP is using Microsoft system; it doesn't like HP printers, either.

I purchased this to replace my HP Intel, nothing is compatible. It updates by its self. Maybe part me but mostly this item. I cannot have my regular McAfee as I have had for 30 years.
