Simply incredible buy!!!
INCREDIBLY IMPRESSED!!! Easy to set up- took all of 4 minutes to update, install %26 connect!! Cannot say enough good: *Battery is AMAZING!! I took it on a cross country trip %26 forgot the charger. To my relieved surprise, it was still fully charged, fast as heck %26 ran perfectly. **SUPER FAST!! Still shocked at how fast everything loads, displays, etc. It's wonderful! *helpful hints pop up every now %26 then to show me easier ways to do things. If I choose that option its effective immediately. *Display is sharp %26 beautiful Not sure about the sound; started out fine but its crackly sometimes %26 I can't figure out how to fix it. It's not so much of an issue as I don't use the sound often.

Good buy. Starter laptop.
Nice laptop. Not super fancy but pretty easy to set up. Looks great. Not super fast but not super slow. Works for my needs. Nice smooth screen with vibrant colors. So far happy with my purchase.

This computer was delivered the same day I ordered it. I had 2 computers that went out on me 1 day apart from other! This came in handy and quickly!!!

Works but I don't love it
This laptop works well but has a short battery life and a nearly invisible keyboard. I will explain: The keys are a grey metallic color with a sheen. The font color on the keys is a darker grey, also with a sheen. This makes the keys unreadable from almost every angle when typing in anything but perfect overhead lighting. This is probably a fine laptop for an office or school setting with overhead lighting everywhere, but it's limited for home use with dimmer lighting from various angles, since I can't see what I'm typing.

Is okay, good feature for the budget
Good laptop for the price. 15 inch screen make a big difference. The contrast is somehow okay. Is not too heavy, the only think i didn't like is the camera. It say is full HD but doesn't seems full HD. My MacBook that only have HD have better camera than this.

Walmart Online Order System Rips Off Customers
Was billed $127 more for the color of the laptop I purchased. Walmart refused to refund the $127 on the laptop I wanted. I rate a F- on their online order system

lemon laptop
bought may 2023 september 2023 they finally gave me refurbished laptop had 30 calls to support 3 trips to hp repair and still kust rebooted 10 to 15 times day
