I bought this laptop to play games and use it for my Cricut Machine. It works very well, love the color and the display. It came in excellent condition unlike other reviews on here!

Purchased as a cyber deal around Xmas for my husband to upgrade from his Chromebook. He loves this ALOT more. Haven’t had any issues with it, really great features for the price.

Got this during Black Friday Deals online and I was actually impressed with this laptop! Definitely a good upgrade from my iPad. Love the fact it is still compatible with certain apps! Definitely A for work or college! Also good price for it! Only downfall I have it’s not compatible with Microsoft 365.

Literally this was the best upgrade of my previous Chromebook. I knew I wanted to upgrade my old one and gift the old one to my SD. WOW! I can tell such a huge difference between this one and my old one. Way faster, and the color is even more gorgeous than it is online or on the box! This was a fabulous purchase, and I would definitely but this item again

So its good but have a independent cloud backup... lucky I didn't have anything on it yet but I forgot the password and I had to reset it so it wipes everything that is backed up to the chrome account. As for the HP it runs good for basic everyday stuff emails to social media but wouldn't game on it.

This was to be a xmas gift for our 10yr old, but there is zero expandable storage. We live in the boonies where it takes hours to download anything, so 53gb of actual storage will be gone too quickly. Now I've got to find a comparison one today. Walmart needs to include a specs panel that shows there isnt an included micro sd slot.

The computer came in a normal box that was a red flag ,no battery warning label or fragile label. I heard something moving around in the box before I opened it. When I turned the computer on it said chrome OS missing or damaged . The computer was defective. I would save your money and look into different computers. It took two weeks to get a refund . I have to go to Walmart because I got an insurance plan and they didn't refund the insurance on the computer! Save your time and money !

When went to pick up, phone that was purchased was already opened and had no screen protective film showing it was previously used and had hair line cracks. hp laptop was also open and returned for a lower price. Also when purchased and paid online, product stated it had an external micro sd slot. When arrived and saw open box and different model than purchased.

Add on service was not used but it is non- refundable. What a ripoff!
