I have a lg flat screen plasma tv for over 20 years. Beautiful picture and sound. Years ago I got a roku box to bring in channels from my cable. It's in my bedroom. Little box was great. Even bought for grandson's TV years ago. I don't have cable or dishes only use apps for years. 3 nights it would bring up direct TV only %26 I don't have it. Ordered this box has a voice rome. Years I used 2 remotes. Now I don't have to. This new box %26 remote does it all. Very easy to set up %26 use. Has ear buds that plug into remote %26 they work wonderful. Who knew I needed ear buds. Actually I don't but they work great. Use some night not other. Nothing negative I can say. 1st box was just worn out I guess, but got many years of service. New box definitely a step up %26 love it. Would definitely buy again. I'm 75 and had no problems setting up.

I chose this ROKU setup because it had a plug-in for headphones - which works great. Now i don't keep the whole house up and I can hear the audio when the voices are low. This Roku has been a delight to use. Easy to set up and play different apps. Connects so much faster and reliable than Xfinity's module thing. My only complaint is the Re-Seller or whatever Bowen.inc is...sold this Roku as brand new. If this is brand new - then why did someone else's account show under Netflix? Pandora - someone else's email address. Umm - what about a factory reset? Good thing is... the Roku is behaving as expected. It's just like buying off of Amazon with all their sellers - you get what you get and you don't pitch a fit.

Great for computer to tv connection!
We bought Roku Ultra LT because we have an older TV and wanted to watch stuff on Youtube without it buffering and being slow to load all the time. This Roku has a built in ethernet plug and one for hdmi and solved our problem completely! You have to set up a FREE account, but you do NOT have to pay for any streaming services if you don't want to.......we just watch free stuff! It has worked perfectly for us!

I have used Roku for a long time and I love them. If there's one thing I could change or suggest. Bluetooth. The private listening is great, but the wired headphones are a pain. Everytime I move, I have to worry about the headphones and remote. Being able to connect to wireless headphones would be fantastic.

I see no difference in the roku tv channels or subscription offers. At least the roku tv stays turned off now . So what I paid for is a remote without a lit background, that's has an earphone plug-in, earphones and the joy that the roku tv that would not stay turned off since I purchased it, now stays turned off.

Worst Roku product ever made
This is the worst Roku product I've ever bought. Amazon Prime video keeps cutting off and saying change HDMI cable. Vudu has problems of freezing after pausing or rewinding movies. You have to restart the whole app just to start back where you pause at. Our last Roku lasted 10 years we've had this one for less than a week and is absolutely miserable trying to watch our shows and movies.

Good deal... if you get a new one
A really good deal for black Friday... If only I was sent a new one instead of an obviously used one. Delivered in a Walmart bag, and the Roku box was not closed properly and sealed with scotch tape. None of the cords baged, base of the Roku was dirty and had a sticker on it. Clearly the seller didn't care. Returned.

We got this fort a good price it's fairly easy to setup, we wanted a remote with headphones, iit needed the battery changed, didn't like that but we could get used to it, however we had it for 3 weeks and the remote just died , it would work at all so we weren't very happy with that we returned it

My Roku was stolen, I guess the delivery guy
Order%23 200011335724239 (Roku) The delivery man took a photo outside, but did not come in to deliver it. I didn't receive my package - it was stolen :) I feel very sad.
