I love this remote. It is a little pricey, but what isn't these days. The quality is great and all the features definitely make it worth it! The voice control for the TV is awesome for my littles who can't quite navigate the remote yet, but still have suggestions lol. We also loose our remote, OFTEN, the find my remote feature is great, it signals the remote to make a sound so you can easily find it. Overall a highly recommended item, I just bought one for every TV!

Needed this product in my life! I loose the remote too much and that was the main reason for this purchase. Only thing I wish were different is to somehow be able to have it compatible with more than 1 tv but can understand how that would complicate voice control. Battery lasts forever as well! Over all 5 Star worth the money!

I bought 2 replacement remotes for my Roku TV from Amazon, and the buttons were sticky right off the bat! So sent them back and got this official Roku remote with Voice. Besides it detecting my TV right away and no sticky buttons, the best feature is the ability to find your remote by just saying, "Hey Roku, where's my remote?" and unit emits beeps and lights up so you can find it quickly. The other feature that is super helpful is the backlit buttons so you can watch in a dark room and still be able to see and press the right button. None of the other replacement remotes have all these features, so I feel the expense is worth it to enhance your TV watching experience!

This is for my bedroom at my mom's, as an upgrade from my classic Roku Simple Remote and my Universal remote. Just like my dad's living room: I upgraded my dad's Roku Voice Remote Pro 2nd Gen from his Classic Simple Remote at the living room, as the replacement for my first Roku Voice Remote (which was missing). I personally loved it better both at my mom's and dad's houses, so that I can turn on or off the TV, control the volumes, using the hands-free voice control and/or using the microphone button, muting it, and locating where it is at.

Game changer. Finally I can go for more than a week without putting new batteries in my remote. We all know that changing channels between streaming services takes five to six button pushes. Setup was a breeze even for myself the least technically savvy person. If your are considering this at all I emphatically say yes.

Rechargeable. Charge is lasting for months before a recharge is needed. Keypad is lighted and the buttons are extremely responsive. The voice control is very, very responsive. I have 3 versions of the Roku remote and this is by far the very best one. Exceeds expectations and I just love it!

it works as a remote control should, but I do not like the voice button. it is nice to get to shows or movies I want to watch, but it listens even if the button is not pushed. I do not like that--will never have an Alexa or any device like thay in my house. totally creeps me out

This is my second one of these remotes, the first one i purchased lasted around a year and the battery would not stay charged, it would die within a couple of days. ive had pretty good luck with the second one, i do enjoy the lighted buttons. makes it easy to see at night or low light conditions

Great device and good battery life. The one I got was defective the buttons worked on and off. had to hit them multiple times sometimes, It would fall asleep after 2 seconds. contacted Roku customer service at roku.com/contactus and after an hour of troubleshooting with two different people requesting multiple bits of information from me. then they sent me an email requesting additional information after they gotten a thousand different things from me earlier and then requested a call, they never responded to any of my follow up emails nor did i received a call. overall I got the impression that they were trying to get me to give up by having me do useless troubleshooting and requesting multiple pictures or receipts etc. if you havel the same thing return it to the store right away Don't bother with Roku support.

THIS REMOTE WORKS OKAY AS LONG AS YOU CHARGE IT WEEKLY, WEEKLY, WEEKLY. AFTER A WEEK OF NOT CHARGING IT STARTS ACTING FUNNY AND DOES NOT WORK UNLESS YOU GET REALLY CLOSE TO THE TELEVISION, WHAT A BUNCH OF JUNK, JUNK, JUNK,JUNK AND MORE JUNK. I DON'T KNOW IF IT IS A DEFECTIVE PIECE OF CRAP OR THEY ALL ARE LIKE THAT. THIS WAS SOLD TO ME BY WALMART, THE GREEDIEST, GREEDIEST, GREEDIEST STORE ONTHE PLANET AND MY THIRTY DAY WINDOW IS WENT BY SO THERE IS NO RETURN FOR THIS PIECE OF CRAP YOU HAVE TO CHARGE IT WEEKLY TO KEEP IT WORKING PROPERLY, WHAT A LOAD OF CRAP THIS REMOTE IS. THE INSTRUCTIONS SAY IT WILL HOLD A GOOD CHARGE FOR GREAT PERFORMANCE FOR TWO MONTHS OR LONGER, WHAT A LOAD OF BULL. I WOULD HAVE GIVEN NEGATIVE FIVE STARS IF I COULD. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS JUNK.
