Walmart's price for new examples of this Roku model were the best I could find (which is not abnormal!). One was a replacement for one that I used at another house and the other was an upgrade to an installation at my house. Shipment was timely in its arrival, which allowed me finish the job(s) before ****.

Great
We love our Rokus. We have 3 and have been using for them for 12 years. I like being able to purchase them from Walmart, they only had one left locally, so we ordered and picked it up outside the store. Great service. The product has been dependable and worth the cost.

I like the new Roku, but the remote is really sensitive. As long as the remote is near, you can say Roku, turn on Netflix, or hey Roku turn off the tv. I recommend this product.

Excellent Roku
I had a Roku that I was very satisfied with but I am purchasing a new TV. I needed a new Roku Ultra to take advantage of all the bells and whistles on the new TV. I love the backlight remote and all the new features. The old unit will be going to the garage TV.

Fixed low sound problem
The sound was low, I kept looking in settings of tv and Roku. Finally googled it. What worked for me: Turned off volume leveling. During a video with sound press star, sound settings, customize sound mode, turn off volume leveling. I am happy with Roku ultra 2024 now and would recommend it.

got this roku after a roku stick stopped working. i like that the newer ones have a light up remote, nice touch. itd be nice if roku would hold the login information, and previous apps, so it wouldnt have to be reentered 9r redownloaded each time we get a new roku. seems to be faster than previous versions so I like it even better than those units. Roku is my go to for all streaming devices.

Best affordable streaming tech they're is!
I love the Roku streaming technology! It doesn't matter what type of Roku you buy...get what you can afford because you will be delighted. Of course, the more you can afford, usually means more options! And with Roku you will find that programming it with any TV is a breeze, because that is what happens when professional writers are in charge of user interfaces. Buy the most Roku you can afford, you won't be sorry.

I like the new remote.
I like the new remote. The backlit buttons are a big help for older eyes. I haven't seen a noticeable improvement in performance, however. That was my primary reason for my purchase and therefore I'm somewhat disappointed in the product. It is an update to my previous Roku and works fine. I just don't see the improvements that were hyped in the technical reviews that I read.

i dont like the fact that when you are watching a series and you stop for the night, day, etc, it doesn't go to where you left off. that's frustrating trying to figure out what episode you are on.

Not any better than the cheaper roku's. The sound on it is terrible. roku sound on the ultra is very low. Not worth the price at all. Will be returning it.
