Roku Device failed
The thing didn't work. Before I connected the wireless, it went to a black screen/UN-responsive. I Reset , re-power and everything recommended but everything I tried failed. Roku online help is basically non-existent. They assume all Roku's don't fail. I finally got phone help and Shena(SP) said to return it to where I bought it( Walmart) and their return page isn't there. What a nightmare, time wasting product, both through Roku and Walmart.

This pkg was supposedly delivered to an apt%2313. There are several apartments with the number 13. Per my long chat with Clint, advi see ed me that he could only refund me the $38.60 back to my bank card. Then after receiving a $10 discount coupon, I received another email stating that I wasn't going to receive the refund. It's not my fault that the order wasn't delivered properly. I expected better of Walmart. Please correct this situation. The order was not delivered to me, nor did my neighbors pick it up for me. And I know them well enough to trust their truthfulness. Please contact me by email ASAP.

Done for good
I returned this Roku 4K stick immediately. The hardware itself has degraded into complete junk—clunky performance, sluggish navigation, and frustratingly buggy operation right out of the box. Beyond the terrible hardware quality, the recent buyout by Fox Corporation was the absolute final straw. I have been a loyal Roku customer since the very beginning, served as a beta tester, and developed for this platform over the years. Seeing a company I supported for so long hand over its ecosystem and audience to Murdoch's destructive media machine is completely unacceptable. I will not have another Roku device under my roof, and I refuse to be associated with this brand or provide them with any further support. Glad Walmart makes returns straightforward. Save your money and switch to another streaming platform.

easy to use
our smart tv was having problems maintaining connection with our WiFi. rather than buy a new tv, a tech support person recommended this or an Amazon Fire stick. Since we've had Roku in the past, we went this direction. We are very pleased so far.

2nd time I order from Walmart and the purchase ends up elsewhere. Can't the 3rd party services they hire can deliver our items to me and god knows where it went. I called to complain and I still don't have my Roku. Same thing happened with a laptop I ordered. Someone got a free HP laptop

Dont waste your money
Lags, freezes, and wont work with Airplay. It will connect but then it just freezes causing the TV and the Macbook to freeze and have to reboot all. If it wasnt past thirty days I would get my money back. Absolute JUNK!

Happy Customer
I was having trouble with my Roku. I called customer support and they determined that my Roku device was too old for updating. They recommended this Roku Streaming Stick. The setup was the simplest and fastest setup I have ever experienced. I'm amazed at the overall improvement in my picture, speed and ease of use. I'm very impressed. Also, it arrived quickly and the price was very reasonable. I'm a happy customer.

I have used Roku devices for about 13 years. I try to replace older ones over time. Having used them I spent only about 10 minutes total time swapping it out. I like the speed of the new device and the voice control. It was on sale for $19.00 and included free shipping with the TV wall mount I purchased. I am looking at a 4k TV so I figured it was best to have the 4k Roku stick running before I upgrade. Walmart delivered it a few hours after my purchase. Great fast delivery. I live in a rural area and Walmart just included my area for delivery.

Warranty is USELESS
Worked great at first, but the warranty is USELESS. After about 9 months, the volume would go all the way to full volume or to zero when the volume up or volume down buttons were pressed. Then a bit later the Apple TV app would no longer load. After much online troubleshooting I did a factory reset, which fixed the Apple TV issue but not the volume issue. Reinstalled the remote several times without success. I then called Roku's customer support who asked me to repeat all the things I'd done before calling. After 35 minutes I asked them to just replace the remote, but they continued to ask me to perform tasks I'd already done. For a remote that costs only $20, so I just hung up. Not worth my time.
