My delivery was a few days late as the company had to ship it to me. I received a message they would be. The driver when he delivered my new computer knocked on my door to let me know he had my package and handed it to me. l have gotten to know this driver well as he always waves as he delivers in my area if l am on my porch or out in the yard.

I have used HP computers for several years and have been very pleased with their performance. This computer has proved to be the same as my previous computers, quick and easy setup, and faster.

good computer for the cost. has woeked well for all my work needs. Only thing is its been lagging a bit recently after about a year use. it might be my net work as well since do work at home. For the price l would recommend it.. 3.5 to 4.0 rating a good buy 👌

not what I was expecting from a private pc. device was set up for remote access. can't remove the remote access pre-installed software / apps.because to do that requires permission via Group Policy. I don't see how a laptop can be part of a group and subjected to whatever right oob out of the box. even though the account was created as an admin account, the operating system keeps asking if that is what you want, only to respond that you need admin permission to do basic tasks . or it will notify to ask my network administrator for help. I am just a home user and don't like how a person can't just assume a person can administer to themselves a network if they are free to do so. the takeaway is this: if you want some mystery person remotely administering prohibitions and sanctions on your home network without any way of knowing who it is, then this laptop is for you.

Just opened when I lost my work laptop when fire destroyed everything I had, lost a buisness I built up from nothing, under insured and two mths later State Farm still done nothing.., but I need a computer to find lawyers, email etc.. so open it up and charged for 18 hrs and it won't even power on!!!!!! Worst part..?? I have $8 to my name, haven't stopped job searching.. but was hoping to use laptop instead of phone for more productivity.. so I threw that $200 in garbage!!! (Probably would have been less stressful if I had literally threw 200 $1 bills in garbage can, huh?)

This lap top came without any direction, instructions or anything to identify the pictures on the operating keys. I had to look them up at HP.com. I couldn't get past the part where it asks me to connected to our modem. It is wireless but it refused to connect and finally gave up. I don't have time to research the computer to see what's wrong with it and it's not worth enough money to take it to the shop.

This looks like a great laptop for the price, this is the worst performing laptop I've ever purchased in my life. Would not ever buy this product again, nor will I ever buy from the vendor again claiming this is a brand new product. Do not even consider if your job depends on a computer for access. I'd rather give my kid a Kindle than this computer.

This laptop irritates me so bad when it comes to WiFi internet. Everytime we try to use the laptop we look where the WiFi is and it say no network detected when there is strong internet throughout the whole entire apartment I don't live in a big unit so it's not like the internet for the laptop that I use in my bedroom is being tethered too far. I have never had any issues with a laptop doing this. Even now I just bought a new laptop after this one and it works perfectly fine no issues I have no idea what's happening with this one.

I purchased this laptop but did not get it set up for a few weeks after receiving it. I understand that delay is entirely on me. However, the issues I have experienced with this device have been significant and unexpected for a brand-new product. Initially, after completing the setup process, the laptop appeared to function normally. Unfortunately, that did not last long. The system is now extremely slow regardless of whether I am connected to my home internet, a mobile hotspot, or another network. Basic tasks take an unusually long time to load, making the laptop difficult to use. I have taken several steps to resolve the problem, including installing updates, verifying that the system is fully up to date, and running troubleshooting tools whenever possible. The biggest issue is that the computer does not remain powered on long enough for effective troubleshooting. After turning it on, I only have a few minutes to boot up the system and access settings or applications before the screen goes blank, displays an error message indicating it has encountered a problem, and shuts down completely. An error code appears briefly when this happens, but the shutdown occurs so quickly that there is not enough time to identify or record it. As a result, diagnosing the issue has been extremely difficult. Perhaps I simply received a defective unit, and my experience is not representative of the product overall. However, this has been a very frustrating experience. While I recognize that I should have set the laptop up sooner, I do not believe these types of severe performance and stability issues should occur with a new device. Unfortunately, because the return window has now passed, I am left with the additional expense of having the laptop inspected and repaired. At this point, I can only hope the issue can be fixed; otherwise, I may be out the $200 I spent on the product.

This is the worse laptop ever. It is extremely slow, is constantly buffering, and is constantly freezing. Plus HP Support is no help at all. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS LAPTOP. I will be returning it.
