First of all, HP makes great products! The computer is the perfect size, everything is easy to set up, etc. I am so happy to have it! The main thing I don't like and really the only thing is the fact that the computer can't be moved. It's good size, good color, easy to put together, etc.

The only office you will ever need in your home. This all in one touchscreen computer is extremely nice and lightweight and does not take too much space up at all, everything as it says on description was very true as the performance on the screen doesn't lag, its fast performing. It only took a few minutes and it already was up and running... the touchscreen I absolutely love you don't have to push very hard at all, just tap. It's a great pc. What else makes it the idea of multiple users on one computer with different passcodes. Where your work doesn't get mixed up with anyone else's. The menu is simple and easy to navigate through even putting parental controls on to keep your kids safe from wrong websites. The monitor on this hp pc is easy to move in the direction that you need it to face; up and down, left and right. Overall this all in one touchscreen down to the design is fantastic we absolutely love it. You can personalize backgrounds, color etc. The speaker makes the sounds very clear. It scrolls easily and I can have multiple browsing sites open. I would recommend this product.... It's definitely worth having. I'll be using this computer daily.

This is a great everyday computer. I did a Windows 10 fresh install to remove the bloatware that comes with any new devices - you can search how to do this on the internet if you are interested but it works very well as it is; however, it is preferable if you do. Pros: 1. Computer is snappy and very responsive. 2. Stand is sturdy; does not wobble at all. 3. Space saving. You only need one power source since it is all-in-one; no tower, no speakers. 4. Runs silent. I can only hear the fan when I place my ear right next to the screen. 5. Great screen - good colors. It has a matte finish that is fingerprint resistant. Very nice to the touch and responsive when using as a touch screen. 6. Screen can be adjusted forward and back. 7. Camera is retractable. No need to use camera covers! 8. Vega 3 graphics can run some games pretty well for an integrated GPU. 9. It has a DVD/CD Drive; I do not have a use for it but it's nice to have if needed. 10. Came with a keyboard and mouse. Great keyboard; I wish the mouse was round and not square - it gets a bit uncomfortable. Cons: 1. Camera is okay; about what you would expect from a laptop camera. 2. Only 4 USB slots - that leaves you 2 slots after plugging in keyboard and mouse. 3. Built in speaker is okay but bass could be better. Overall, this all-in-one computer is built well and is great for browsing, streaming and as a work computer if you do not run heavy software. I often remote connect to my computer from work and it works perfectly fine! It can run some games but this wouldn't be preferable for gaming. I would definitely recommend!

I loved everything about this computer the moment I took it out the box I love the popup camera and the touchscreen future because some times I want to move the screen up and down by touch I really want to say if you need a computer this is the one another thing I love it's all in one which means less equipment and less cords!!

This all in one desktop was easily set up and ready for use within a good twenty minutes. It's only three pieces - monitor, keyboard and corded mouse. This gives it a sleek look and feel. It comes with all the normal features and software. What stands out the most - the pop up camera -- which is hidden within the monitor when not in use -- eliminating the need for any type of tape or privacy sticker. In addition, the monitor is touch screen which makes this computer a must have. The large monitor size and bright screen display makes it nice to look at when not in use. The speed and responsiveness of this computer is also very quick - no lag no jittery screen. Only negative I see is the corded mouse -- which can be easily swapped out for a wireless one. We have it set up in our basement as part of the overall entertainment space nd thrilled to have it. Highly recommend this computer and know we will have this for years to come.

Purchased this AIO (out of a Walmart store) for my 13yr/o daughter for Christmas and so far it has been great. Almost 2 months of ownership. Zero complaints. Set up was fast and extremely easy. Didn't take long at all (already have a Microsoft account). After reading reviews, I thought it would be an all day thing. Got up out the chair to prepare to do something else, and the pc was done before I could leave the room good. It did do about 4-5 updates for a couple of days after, but none took more than about 3-4 mins. I did my research, and this is the best you're going to do for this price. I already own a HP laptop, am happy with it and decided it was time for a upgrade and stuck with them. Now this is for my daughter, especially with Remote Learning, but this AIO is fantastic. 21.5 inch screen touch screen, plenty of memory, camera is pretty good, speakers are OK, Bluetooth, keyboard and mouse, for $500 (at Walmart)... you can't beat it! My daughter is not one of those hard core gamers, but she hasn't had any issues with the games she does play on it. For those who say it's slow, maybe a new router is needed??? I purchased one after purchasing this AIO, not because it was running slow, but because it was the only internet connected device that was running fast, lol. New router took care of that. Now I can't attest to this AIO as far as business practices, but for everyday use, this is the one.

This all is one hp desktop is really good, however, it's slower than what I wanted. This computer is not for gamers! Too slow and caused computer to freeze and I had to manually reset it. You can heard a constant buzzing noise since the tower is built into the monitor. I can heard the noise even when sitting far away, since the screen is huge nice bright clear. But it is good for a touchscreen desktop aio and Hp is a trusted brand as I still own a still good working 12 years old hp desktop that Microsoft no longer support windows 7 protection. Everything else works great and storage is 1TB can't beat the specs for the price of $499! You can't get a touchscreen laptop with that price and storage anymore! Also there is not enough ports as the keyboard and mouse takes up two usb ports and you only have two left. You would need to buy usd port hubs for that.

This computer is very nice! If you are looking for something to browse the web and watch videos then this is the computer for you. I noticed when I had updates going on and watching videos it did work a little slow, but not where I was waiting too long between videos. This is my first all in one PC, and I am really enjoying it. It is not the fastest but I am not using it for anything heavy like editing videos. From right out of the box it was easy to hook up the keyboard and mouse. The computer started right up and prompts started right away and they were very simple. The screen is nice and big and I like the fact that the camera is hidden on a pop up bar that hides back into the screen when not in use. The screen tilts forward and back a good ways for people who are shorter or taller. The camera is not the greatest and not the worse. It is, however, internet calls and video worthy. The keyboard is very tacky and a good size (it does NOT light up), the mouse comes ready to use. I am not playing to game and if you are I don't believe this is the all in one for you. For the things I like to do it is perfect for me. Speakers are nice and can get really loud without too much distortion. The sound the computer makes is very minimum, and you can tell it is on. I am having a problem setting up my email address accounts on the stock email app on this computer but I will have to do more research, I don't know if anyone is having the same issue. I have searched the issue and it looks as if it is a known issue. I highly recommend I am enjoying it very much, and I am actually typing this review on my HP all in one!

Very disappointed. Purchased online for work, received locked with someone else’s information. Was told I could not exchange in store and would have to wait for a replacement by mail. This AD/Description does not say that this was preowned. So when I purchase something thinking it’s brand new, I don’t expect to receive it with someone else’s information. I have a 3 star rating only because I’ve used this computer before and I love it. But experience with this purchase is negative 5 stars. I would add a photo but I do not want this persons information revealed.

if I could give no stars I would they lied to me when I purchased this computer saying that the protection plan covered any damage it was accidentally broken by my children I tried to call and file a claim to have it repaired and they told me it was only covered for mechanical issues. please don't waste your money
