[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Years ago I had a cartridge refilled at one of those big box stores. It leaked inside my printer. I would never, never do that again. I only use HP cartridges, factory fresh, guaranteed to work flawlessly.

Ink purchase
I am extremely confident in HP products, but for some reason they had failed this time as the 711 catridge was not recognized by the printer and it shown low levels of ink in the printer settings.

Bad cartridges. They do not work, when you change them. Printer cost to much for it not to work.
