The ease of installation is great - simple. The price - well everything has went up in price so I can't complain. The ordering - to shipping - to receiving was great. The ink lasts for many papers and the color is good.

I learned a very expensive leeson when I used an off brand ink in my other HP printer--the cheap ink broke the printer that had worked beautifully for me for years.

The price for HP ink is high, however it works the best with HP printers. Walmart price is extremely competitive, and shipping is excellent.

The printer cartridges are fine, but my printer is a Hewlett-Packard and you do not have a choice on using an off brand ink cartridge. You must use a Hewlett-Packard ink cartridge and they are more expensive than an off brand product.

I liked Walmart's sales and delivery service. HP inks are well overpriced

Good price but packaging was very bad making me suspect of the quality of the product

I find nothing wrong with the products, however, the order dribbled in and that's not good and I will take than into consideration next time I have to place an order.

I realized after I bought this that it would be delivered to the wrong address. I called in order to cancel and I was assured that it would be, and that I could go on and order another to the correct address, which I did. Then the next day the item was delivered to the wrong address. I called again, and was again told that there would be a refund issued to my card, which it was, but was then taken off. So now I have to ink packages, one of which I cannot get to. Not much help.

The package is very beat up. it looks like it has been opened and reglued. the cardboard on box is dog eared and ripped. to rhink it costs over $100 and comes looking like that! Awful!!
