HP has great quality ink. It installs easily and provides vivid colors. There are other brands which can be substituted for HP. They are much less expensive; however, some HP printers will not accept them.
Too expensive! While trying to take off the throw-away part, you end up throwing the whole cartridge on the floor. Make it easier to take off the throw-away part.
The black and yellow inks leaked and made a mess of my printer and me. I would have sent them back, but I needed ink and did not have time to reorder.
These HP cartridges seem to run out of ink PDQ, nowhere near the claimed number of pages. I like the printer and the quality of copies, ease of use and connectivity of the printer is excellent, but these cartridges aren't a good value.
As conpared to the cartridges on my broken printer, these are much smaller. I needed a new printer to file income taxes, and searching every loophole and legal deduction, I ended up printing the things several times. The original cartridges started showing low very soon. So I got another set of 4 and a large cartridge for the black, holding the small black as a reserve. The price was also very high. It seems that HP makes more profit from ink sales than on the printer, the prices are almost the same.
These must have been old because I have barely printed anything, and definitely not in color, and I’m already low on ink. My HP app says the color cartridges are low but I haven’t printed in color. These were either dried out or half used and sold as new. Super disappointing and I’ll be mindful before purchasing these from Walmart again.
I paid $93 for these ink cartridges and have fought the black cartridge to print since I installed it. I also spent 3 1/2 hours on the phone with HP support to have them tell me I needed a new cartridge!! So frustrated!! Will NEVER buy printer ink from Walmart again!!!!
Less the quality of the ink as much as the issues with the printer and functionality of the website. Ended up having to purchase a new printer, different brand, because even with the purchase of new ink, we could not get the printer to print. Word on the street is HP printers become obsolete after after a certain amount of years and can no longer update, communicate or function properly.
When I installed this new HP GENUINE cartridge, PRINTER STILL WOULDN'T WORK!!! It KEEPS GIVING ME AN ERROR MESSAGE THAT THE OTHER 3 CARTRIDGES THAT ACTUALLY CAME WITH THE PRINTER WHEN I BOUGHT THE PRINTER MUST BE CLONES AND WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED- or - I OWED SOME KIND OF FEE THAT MUST BE PAID IN ORDER FOR THE PRINTER TO WORK AGAIN!!!! THE HP 8132e PRINTER HASN'T WORKED RIGHT SINCE I BOUGHT IT ON 8-4-25. CALLED HP TODAY AND WAS TOLD THEY COULDN'T HELP ME, THAT THIS MODEL HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED AND THEY ONLY THING COULD TELL ME WAS TO FILE A CLAIM IF I HAD PURCHASED INSURANCE. LUCKILY I HAD PURCHASED ALLSTATE INSURANCE ON IT AND IT SHOULD COVER THE DUD AND BE REIMBURSED OR REPLACED. IT WON'T BE REPLACED WITH ANOTHER HP PRODUCT!!!! IF I HAVE ANY SAY, IT WON'T BE REPLACED WITH ANOTHER HP PRODUCT!!!!
Black printed 20 pages then quit, I put in another black same kind it printed. It's almost impossible to get thru to talk to someone about a refund
