HP 923 Cyan Original Ink Cartridge, 4K0T0LN

But why is it so very expensive?

The ink is fine, but the plastic gizm.o that muust be removed before installing the cartridge is very difficult to remove. Especially with old, arthritic fingers.

The HP ink cartridges are easy to use and fairly easy to obtain, however, their duration between replacements is too short and the cartridges themselves, overpriced.

As conpared to the cartridges on my broken printer, these are much smaller. I needed a new printer to file income taxes, and searching every loophole and legal deduction, I ended up printing the things several times. The original cartridges started showing low very soon. So I got another set of 4 and a large cartridge for the black, holding the small black as a reserve. The price was also very high. It seems that HP makes more profit from ink sales than on the printer, the prices are almost the same.

Less the quality of the ink as much as the issues with the printer and functionality of the website. Ended up having to purchase a new printer, different brand, because even with the purchase of new ink, we could not get the printer to print. Word on the street is HP printers become obsolete after after a certain amount of years and can no longer update, communicate or function properly.

I received the wrong item.

Everything about the company stinks. From the sponges in the ink wells, to the user interface. I worked designing printers for 10 years before my company was acquired by HP. HP was once a proud company with talented engineers. Now it is a shell of itself. I will never buy another HP product again.

Can't stand HP forcing you into cartridges that DO NOT LAST - worst printer I've ever had. Bad decision but I'm stick for a while. Can't wait to get away from HP forever.

I paid $93 for these ink cartridges and have fought the black cartridge to print since I installed it. I also spent 3 1/2 hours on the phone with HP support to have them tell me I needed a new cartridge!! So frustrated!! Will NEVER buy printer ink from Walmart again!!!!

The ink cost way to much...the ink quality is not good and it should last longer ...
