Simple to use with my Hp Office Jet Pro 9120e series printer. Easy removal and insertion for printer. Lasts longer. Reasonable price. Available to family for school use, business and personal needs. Reordering from HP is easy.

Ink costs more than the printer
The fact that the printer requires a new color cartridge to print Black and white pages is proof that your customer is low on HP's priorities. Shame on you.
