This is pricey but good. I ordered the drum first by accident, but then this toner for older printer. Works exceptional. Nothing like OEM products.

The last cartridge I ordered was the right box, but it doesn't fit in my printer. Very frustrating.

Flakey software
HP Smart goes into endless loops sometimes for no apparent reason. Unreliable scan software. As far as the ink cartridge goes, ink is ink, it works fine and lasts about 9 months for typical home user. HP Smart prompts you to buy more ink 3-4 months too early. You have to shut off notifications to get it to stop bothering you.
