Price is high but product good.

HP cartridges are very expensive and don't last long if you print a lot. Overall they are the best.

Bought this genuine HP ink online because they no longer carry it in the stores, according to the Wal*Mart app. I usually check the expiration dates before I buy, but of course can't do that online. Product arrived on time in pristine FedEx envelope, but the HP product packaging inside looked like it had been kick around a warehouse, sent back multiple times, crushed, bent, torn and scuffed. The package barely managed to contain the ink cartridges inside. Once I opened the cardboard packaging (which didn't take much) the cartridges were not sealed in plastic like I've been used to seeing in the past. The warranty date is 16 mos out - not bad. My previous HP cartridges lasted well beyond the warranty date (I don't print as much as when I was working full-time). The cartridges themselves look ok. I will have to wait until I'm completely out of ink to check their function - don't want to waste even a drop of this "priceless" liquid before I install the new ones. This experience will make me more seriously consider buying direct from HP (more $$$) next time. The kicker... Ugh! Now that I've opened it, I see that the Wal*Mart app now says I can pick it up in-store today where I can put hands %26 eyes on it to check the package integrity and expiration date. 🙄 Once again... I've never had any problems with HP... the Wal*Mart app is ok, though often inaccurate... the FedEx delivery was exceptional... Love Toner LLC is the pits!😝

The printer says the cartridges have been previously used. They have been refilled. They work and I will use them but I paid for new from HP cartridges. This is a scam because they are charging new prices for used ones.

I ordered Hp orignial ink cartridges. Received off brand remanufactured cartridges that said ignore your warning light when you install these into your printer. Complete misrepresentation by Walmart and their supplier. Returning and ordering elsewhere.

False advertising is what I experienced with this seller. Advertised as original HP cartridges but sent me remanufactured ink cartridges which will not work in the HP7740 printer. NO communication was possible with seller, phone did not work and no response from correspondence I attempted via walmart environment. Luckily, after much hassle, we did get a refund. Would give this seller "0" stars if that was possible.
