I love this laptop already I just got it Yesterday but The reason for my purchase was the Touch Screen Feature ! But the intel is great , runs great and smooth , not to mention it’s able to turn into a tablet !! It’s big enough wide screen I just really love it and the color as well !

I bought this Chromebook for my husband who was used to having a home computer. He was reluctant at first but now he uses it all of the time… that is when he can wrangle it away from the kids. It was easy to set up and continues to be easy to use. As long as you have internet and a Gmail address, this Chromebook will walk you through the rest.

Thw device is great. I made the mistake of not fully reading the title/description for the device and realized as I picked up the laptop and was setting it up that it was a Chromebook. 😅😭 Nothing against the device or the brand, but I was getting a laptop for Microsoft documents and this isn't entirely compatible like I am needing it to be. This is my fault and nothing against the device. I will keep it and continue to use my desktop for documents.

Had trouble with my order for pickup at the store the first time , was processed %26 cancelled . Redid my order for delivery %26 had no problems it was delivered the next morning . Laptop has very easy setup and couldn’t pass up this promo price , can’t wait to use for college this year!

I’ve had my Chromebook laptop for a couple weeks now. As a former MacBook Pro user, I’m pleased with the quality of the laptop. I purchased this based on affordability. Setup was easy and connecting to WiFi was seamless . It meets my needs of access to internet and using Sheets. Would recommend for sure.

At the sale price paid it's an excellent deal. The N100 processor is a solid step up from the Celeron's, Pentium Silver or Mediatek processors common at a $200 ish price points. Four GB of RAM is just OK, but the ram might be faster than most. I say might because Walmart list is as DDR 4 but the manufacturer's image describing it says DDR 5. Cannot find a way to identify the type and speed of memory - just the amount. Full HD Screen (1080) is a plus at this price point and movies look good. Sound is very good for 14" Chromebook. Gets nice and loud and the speakers fire up. This Chromebook is also "cute" in that light blue color and the 360 degree "2 in 1" design with a touchscreen is always nice as you can use it in tablet mode. But - and the reason it doesn't get five stars - It does not have all the ports shown. Both the website and the manufacturers packaging it came in shows a USB-C port on the right and the left side. So it is pictured and described as having two USB-C ports (both display port enabled - DP alt mode) and one USB A legacy port at 5 GB transfer rate. So even though the box it came in shows two USB- C ports, it is missing the USB-C port next to the power button. The tiny bit of paper that is the set up instructions notes that not all models have the USB-C port next to power button. Is this random luck or a Walmart exclusive thing? For many - including myself - this is not a deal breaker. But if you had the idea that you'd maybe run a full size monitor off the Chromebook via the USB-C port, only having one such port just made it a lot more difficult. Because the Chromebook charges from the USB-C port. If you are hooking up an external monitor than most likely it's a near permanent arrangement. Almost certainly more than an hour or two. What this means is that you will HAVE TO purchase an external, powered hub so that you can have an external monitor hooked up AND the Chromebook getting charged. Or find a monitor that sends power back to the Chromebook to keep it charged. A $25 powered hub will also give you additional ports, but it wouldn't be necessary if this Chromebook - AS ADVERTISED - actually had two USB-C ports. You'd charge with one and connect your external monitor with the second, using the proper cable. Most people are not going to buy a very inexpensive Chromebook and then use it for serious work. Just surf the net, watch Netflix or YouTube videos, maybe an occasional video call. But it's the principle of the thing. The listing shows two USB-C ports. The picture on the box it comes in shows two USB-C ports. There OUGHT TO BE two USB-C ports. So four stars overall instead of five for the misrepresentation.

Missing some and misleading specs and description. USB-C port shown on left side of the laptop is not there! Battery doesn't last the advertised time, even with out video or intensive use. Letters on the keyboard are hard to read, not enough contrast. Model: 14b-cd0130wm (it is very hard to find the model number on Walmart page. On plus: reasonable price. Screen although glossy is not horribly reflective (indoors)

Computer would not open( blank screen) and when contacting HP I got a majot run around and a "pitch" that they would help me fix the issue for 19.00 a month!.........and the warranty had expired! I just had this delivered 2 days ago and the tell me the warranty is expired!!!!!!!!!! Terribel service.

I purchased this with one year free set up and tech support. I was told by customer service I could take this to WA store for set up. This was not true. It's a 3rd party feature, but I was mislead. Will be purchasing elsewhere where I can get set up service.
