HP Chromebook x360 14" Touchscreen Laptop, Intel Celeron N4020, 4GB RAM, 64GB HD, Chrome OS, Forest Teal/Light Teal, 14a-ca0190wm

I am a huge fan of Chromebook. I love the way the system operates. That said, I noticed that HP came out with a 14" HD Chromebook that has touchscreen capability with 4GB of memory and a 360-degree 'hinge', so you can flip it whatever way you desire. It comes with an Intel Pentium Processor, 128 GB of storage, and up to 10 hours of battery use before needing a charge. The set up is quick and they have an on-screen guide to learn of all the features. Once I entered my Google & Yahoo accounts, the transition from old to new was almost instantaneous. This has all the wonderful features found in the Chrome operating systems, which means fast access and all that you need is at right at your fingertips. The touchscreen feature is such a wonderful tool, although you can get the touchpad to do the same things you want. It has a camera and a camera light feature along the top with a microphone. The speaker is on the top part of the keyboard. I noticed what seemed to be a ‘muted' screen colors but by tilting the screen a slight degree backward, the vibrancy of color showed up. The keys are white which is a change from the basic black. All in all, I think it's a good laptop with the benefits of Chromebook.

This computer is amazing!! The screen is big and the color is extremely clear. And it is a touch screen is touch screen!!! It processes information fast and the keyboard is sleek. Love this computer!! I also love how the storage is expandable! Great computer for students, business, or just a computer at home!!!

I just got the HP X360 Chromebook and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed. I have never had an easier device to set up and use. This laptop is slim and light, weighing just 4 pounds. Just turn it on and it guides you through setting everything up. This is the laptop for a beginning user or an experienced computer geek as it has something for everyone. Plus it is Chrome so you don't have to worry about the computer losing your work. It's stored automatically for you. It's possible to link your phone with the Chromebook so that you can get files, photos, contacts, you name it, right from your phone. I really also like that the keys are white. Most keys are black and if you are working in the dark, it makes it very hard to see the keys. Not so with this Chromebook due to the white keys. I was particularly impressed with being able to bend the laptop so that it stands on its own. This laptop has a touchscreen. The battery has a life of approximately 12 hours. It has a micro SD slot so you can increase the storage. 4GB RAM, 128GB eMMC, Intel Pentium Silver processor. If you are looking for a great computer - I think this is the one.

This is a nicely loaded Chromebook! Fast response, touch screen is nice and responsive with great visual resolution. Very nice non-slip rubber strips running along the underside so it stays put on your lap or tilted surface. I have to say that the "use as a guest" function is THE BEST EVER! You can allow someone to use your Chromebook without being able to access or modify any of your files. Battery life is absolutely fantastic with a level indicator that lets you know how many hours you have left. At 70% is says "11 hours remaining". Of course the more you tax the system, that number will probably dwindle fast. But it's impressive in every way. solid feeling chassis and nice white satin monitor back finish. Want simplicity? This is it and I would definitely recommend this HP X360 Chromebook! No complaints at all. Wow. This Laptop is great for the price. I am just learning how to navigate with Google Chrome but I am getting the hang of it. Setting up is the learning experience and not that hard. The laptop itself is well built, nice vivid screen display. Very impressive. I went and purchased 2 of them. One as a gift

Someone please tell me what to do with the start up. I got these for my kids and since they opened their gifts this morning the computers have been updating. What am I doing wrong? Not one of them have made it to the Home Screen yet and theyve been on for 10hrs.

When I went to buy the chromebook I was so excited, but after the first time I used it, my excitement turned to disappointment. From the day I got it the camera, and the mic didnt work on it, and the touchscreen would be very sensitive one minute and the next you would have to put so much pressure on it that I thought I was going to crack the screen. So based on my Pearson all experience I would highly recommend to not buy this laptop because there are so many better options for around the same price.

Horrible useless computer -I got this for my daughter to use for her remote learning in high school. She constantly gets the error message "page unresponsive" when trying to do just about anything. It will not connect to the internet, making a Chromebook essentially useless. I can't get through to any live human at HP's support and I've just missed the very (intentionally) short return window at Walmart. I took it to Best Buy Geek Squad and they said the processor in this Chromebook hasn't been manufactured since 2001- even though I bought this in November 2020! They said it's basically a piece of crap and there's nothing that can be done to fix it. So I basically wasted over $200 - thank goodness I got it on a black Friday sale I guess. I will never again buy a Chromebook or anything technology related from Walmart! Do not buy this!!

I have never written a review. But thought it may help save someone some time returning this item. The graphics are poor: Very grainy! And someone who does a lot of typing needs a delete key and a caps lock key right where it belongs: This had neither. Returning.

I have not been able to use this HP chrome book yet. I was elated when it arrived. I plugged it in, then allowed it a little bit of time to charge before starting the process of updates and set-up. Initially, the entire process would take an hour. However, after 9 hours- it was STILL not complete. There were moments when the time did get down to three minutes, however, it would climb back up to almost an hour. So I called it a day. Figuring I could attempt again tomorrow. Well, it continued the same charade again. I am going to be bringing this back into the store to request a NEW one. I believe something must have happened during the shipment, or it was simply a dud/lemon to begin with, I know HP is typically not THIS bad.
