Not happy
Laptop is hard to use and they don't bother telling you in the description or on the box very few printers actually work with this laptop. Microsoft and 2 others. I bought a Canon now I gotta send 2 printers back

I can't get mine to connect it takes hours!
I hate it don't buy it I have been trying to contact Microsoft and Hp and no one gets back to me! I can't ever get it to connect! It came with edge and then they sent me bing, now it's so complicated that I fight it until I give up and us my apple phone! Not a good buy don't buy it till all the bugs are worked out! It's always saying wait or can't connect!!!
