Product once received was good. Problem with promised shipping date. Was changed then got lost and wasn't received. Called they adjusted purchase and then several days later item was delivered. Walmart recharged my account. Would have returned but still needed item. They should have offered some sort of compensation…

HP Ink Works Great
Printer ink costs a lot if you ask me but if you need your ink to work perfectly, buying the HP brand will assure that. I had bought knockoff brands in the past and ran into trouble. Well during the tax season as a tax professional I can't afford to have my printer ink not work. THIS STUFF WORKS GREAT.

HP Ink Cartridges
I like the ease of getting all of my ink supplies in one package. I wish that they had the larger sizes for these cartridges, as an additional option.

My printer was going bats nuts and crazy! It was telling me I was using the wrong ink cartridge although it was the same one I had used for years. I ordered a New HP63 cartridge put it in the printer and it now works great! Very fast delivery is a extra bonus!

Printer ink is expensive. No fault of Walmart. Cheap printers can be purchased and the cost of replacement ink is $$$. I was offered a reduces price on my next order. Hopefully, that offer will stand.

I trust the brand name not a product claiming to be "the same as..." I knew I was low on ink. Of course I ran out in the middle of a weekend project. ordered the night before and got the delivery with plenty of time to spare 😁👋

Long Lasting Ink
I love HP products and feel it is important to use the same brand ink in order to assure my printer lasts a long time. Thank you HP for working hard to make products worth the money!

Ink cartridges
The quality of the product is good I had a poor transaction withe clerk. He rushed me through the sale, forgot to ask me and apply my quality points; redid the bill and then forgot to give me credit for the cartridges I turned in. He had no time to pay attention to me.
