HP LaserJet MFP M234dw Laser Printer, Black And White Mobile Print, Copy, Scan

I have used and loved the HP2015 for twenty years in accounting and library work. I even bought one for my home and church publishing. When my own printer started failing, I knew it was a matter of time before replacing it. This new generation is wonderful. Lightweight, space-saving size, and yet still a clean printing with very fast output. The ink cartridge will last beautifully. I'm very happy.

Printer arrived on time well packed. Installed without issues. Tested well functioning as expected no problems. Quality product. Highly recommend by my computer service person. Who I have known for years. This is the 3rd or 4th HP printer I have owns over the years and they were all quality products. However this is the first laser printer I have owned. I bought it because of the great experience I had with HP ink jet printers over the years.

Overall good printer. It was on sale and I needed a new printer. I love HP products for their reliability and general ease of use. I will say that you have to download the HP app to get the printer to connect to your WIFI as there is no touch screen to do this. Other than that, I like the computer.

Easy to set up, easy to use.

Easy set up and I am not tech savvy. Set up was complete in a few minutes. The HP app was easy to understand. I love this printer. I am so glad I chose this HP Laser printer. I highly recommend it.

I had a unit that was only 3 years old and was forced to buy a new unit [ as the old one would not turn on ] and was stuck with cartridges that will not work in new unit ...not happy

Frustrating - Pleased - Disappointed. That summarizes my one-month experience with this HP. printer Installation seemed like a haphazard patchwork between HP and Operating System partner. Installation did finally succeed and printer/scanner worked fine. One month later the printer 'decided' to go offline - and stay offline - no matter what I tried. I realize there are hundreds of thousands of Troubleshooting available, but is that volume really necessary? I think HP can do better. Strive for simplicity and 'plug-'n-play with clear and detailed documentation.

Paper tray and cord to item continually falling out. Booklet for information on how to work things awful Kept being inconsistent on performance! Hooked up my previous one which for some reason you are discontinuing.. WHY…. its great!!!

Had this printer 56 days and it quit working. Used it very little in these 56 days. Wouldn't even come on. Communicated this to Wal Mart and they passed it off to Office Depot. Office Depot refused to take it back or to replace because they said it was past 30 days. Very disappointed in Wal Mart for not stepping up to the plate and accepting the return on this item. WAL MART SOLD IT TO ME.
