The HP laptop works well so far and offers good value for money. It runs smoothly for everyday tasks, and the included Microsoft Office subscription was as described, which is a nice bonus. The only downside is the color, which I didn't really like personally. Also, the seller's packaging was not professional—it arrived torn and didn't feel like I was receiving a brand-new laptop. Overall, a solid product but let down by the delivery presentation.

I got this for my daughter to do her homework on and she’s not complaining, but it’s so cute! My son also has been playing Roblox on it and he hasn’t complained about it either! I also watch Netflix on it and I have no complaint here as well! Glad I chose this one than the other ones I was looking at.

Great basic computer for home use. Wish the screen quality was a little better. Speed, sound quality and features are good. Very lightweight and compact. HP made set up very easy. Great product for the price!

I like this laptop HP it I got the wrong screen size But the the production is very nice have some apps I place on it Have a little extra storage that came with. The keyboard is a little different numbers on top and I like the number on the sides. But getting use to it the colors are great cut mini laptops . It get the job done.

Absolutely beautiful color. I got the rose gold, and it has the silver keyboard. What I would recommend as a college student to abother- is to get as many GB of Ram and the best intel core processor you can find. When I have more than 4 or 5 tabs open at a time , my laptop very quickly lags and shows the ever annoying blinking "loading" sign. So I, myself, use separate USB for all school documents and didn't download any extra apps. Anyways, it is a stunning computer with a very easy and convenient feature - Google Copilot / or gemini AI. I can easily find quality sources for research with these features. Imaging is very nice - the computer has its own camera %26 audio is of good quality.

This laptop is everything you need! Multiple ports, fast, %26 plenty of storage. Only problem I ran into is my touchpad sticking but no other issues %26 came a week early!

I'm not sure what I think about this laptop at this time. I'm thinking it may be defective. Would not hold the charge, and then very very sluggish to get going. And it's not my internet.

Wow, useless and super disappointing!!! Pros: Pretty Lightweight Price Cons: Defective Keys don't work properly (Caps Lock) Mousepad isn't responsive Pages don't populate correctly: won't open/cuts off close tabs, save buttons, etc. Hair-pulling to use!!! For a brand new laptop, and HP at that, I expected a product I could rely on for my business. Waited a week for delivery, and after 24hrs of having it, I have submitted a return. No, I do not recommend this product.

Screen damaged
