I am enjoying it. Easy to install and very easy to operate. I love everything about HP products. I have been a customer of their products for several years and will continue to be one. Walmart also has good prices for the products I order from their website. Thank you both.
This is a replacement for another HP printer that died on me after 11 years. Set up was easy and the quality of the prints is very good. The instant ink program is also a blessing for me.
I've been an HP fan a long time. Their products consistently perform well and they get better over time with new features and reliability. Their instant ink service is great also! All this at a great price. Perfect light home office printer
I have HPs for quite some time and when it was time to upgrade our printer for home. I saw that Walmart had the printer we were looking and it came with 1 year of free ink thru HPSmart.com. Love the printer and what came with it.
This printer, copier, fax cordless it's unreal how good it is and advanced. Touch screen for the price I paid is awesome one like this HP back in the day meaning ten years ago would cost 4 times this price?
What a great product. So far, I like it a lot.
Paper tray is not that great and a bit cumbersome to work with, given my printer is located in a pull out niche as part of my desk. HP SMART scanning does not work with my set-up (Windows 10). But other scan tools, such as HP Capture and Scan do work. Otherwise, it's working as advertised. Set-up seemed a little more involved than it should have been. There are also some downloads (firmware), etc that appear to be necessary from the HP support site.
The printer works fine but the customer service is horrible. I signed up for the free trial of ink and added on the paper service. Apparently, the paper service is not free but good luck figuring out how to cancel it without also canceling the print service. Also, I was billed for 2 months of paper but only sent one ream. I have not been able to talk to a representative who could explain this to me. All they do is pass the buck with an attitude. I also learned that if I cancel the ink service and decide to buy ink in a store, the cartridges I already have will stop working. It's bad enough that they track how much you print so that you can select the service you need. It's a huge manipulation and I don't feel like I own my own printer.
I have had it for 3 days and already it squeaks when it prints. The material is cheap. The paper input tray is tilted, so all copies sent to any one are tilted. They aren't straight. These copies are for my clients. The paper tray is flimsy. I believe the whole printer will break within a few months. This must be a lemon. I can't believe HP would put it's name to this piece equipment. I am replacing it with another one to see if it is constructed any better. I had a 6960 for years. Tough printer. Nothing like this.
The worst printer I've ever bought.. it has done nothing but give me problems and I've only had it a week
