The PC and monitor arrived overnight in a single, convenient box. They were easy to assemble with one hitch. At first, we couldn't find the USB receiver for the wireless mouse. Once we found (it was inside the mouse) we had no problem installing it and everything worked perfectly.

Its super fast. I love my new PC.

Basically a very fast, modern quality PC definitely good value for money. Only negative was my screensaver was locking after longer periods of inactivity, however when I later replaced my 10 year mouse with a new one it solved this problem, so that's a tip for others

Overall very good desktop for my needs. Compact, quiet, and fast. The only issue I have is about a 1/3 of the time the "On/Off" button doesn't turn the computer on; the on button lights up, but nothing happens. I then have to push the on/off button again so the light in the switch turns off, then press it one more time for the computer to actually start.

Another great winner from HP. Only let down if there's one is it hasn't got a wireless keyboard and mouse. It's a bit of a pain pulling on the wires. I can even live without not having a disk drive or card Reader .they are cheap enough to buy.

Don't like the way the monitor %26 tower goes into deep sleep and will not turn back on. Sometimes it will come back on when I pull the monitor out so I can reach behind to unplug and then pull out tower to unplug, then after a few minutes plug both back in. I've had to do this every time I use it. Sometimes I can't get it to come back on so I can use it.

THIS ONE OBVIOUSLY MISSED QUALITY CONTROL CHECK. MONITOR WOULD ONLY RECEIVE SIGNAL FROM DESKTOP UNIT IF I REBOOT THE PC UNIT. CONNECTED MONITOR TO MY EXISTING PC AND WORKED FINE.

0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Screen constantly glitches, apps crash right after opening, so you can't get anything done on it! I bought this as I am a college student and needed a new computer as mine gave out. So almost $1,000 WASTED %26 cant afford another one!

This is the 4th HP computer I have purchased and it will be my last. I have had numerous problems since receiving this computer. I have had to add additional money to even use it. I contacted your support and after a couple hours on the phone with a representative, the problem was never resolved and only led to more frustration with the product. I was referred back to Apple who i own two of their products only to be treated with courtesy and professionally. The issue was addressed with Apple on their side and done correctly. Again, this is not the same product like the other 3 I had purchased. I will not purchase another HP product nor will I recommend HP to anyone.

Having all kinds of issues, having to call my company's help desk weekly to assist because there's a digital certificate error. I can't get the sound to work. I brought it so Ii can work from home, just do the basic. I'm disappointed,%26 frustrated,I'm ready to return it to get a Dell Walmart IT department was helpful initially Too many calls on my end for assistance. Just a headache.
