Such a fast delivery and setup too and I am not a computer person so I appreiciate it very much. Runs fast , not wait time, should have bought this the first time my computer took a crap.
It was just the desktop but was well configured for the 231.11 out the door. It replaced a Windows 7 PC.
I haven't set it up all the way but out of the box it looks beautiful

Perfect the price, quick and easy to set up.
The box was dented and there was scratches on the back of the monitor. And the speakers suck
Came chipped in the corner
This was essentially the item I ordered. Except for one important detail. The item was listed as having Window 10. When I got the PC, guess what? It has Windows 11 on it. Why did they not advertise the product accurately? My goal was to NOT get a Windows 11 PC..... Dang it
This is advertised as a gaming pc, best thing about it was it was shipped quickly. Right away I noticed the feet on the monitor were filthy so it was clearly used, I should have taken that as a sign. I set it up and felt like I was warped back in to time and was using windows 95. Graphics were awful, unless you had the tower right next to your ear you could not near the sound, so you would need separate speakers. I tried to play one game and I felt like I just fired up an old original Nintendo.... I couldn't even play the game. A family member who builds their own computers stopped by and as shocked at such poor quality this was since it was advertised as a gaming pc. It was packed up within 48 hours to be returned. Included a picture of the dirty feet on the monitor. Wish I would have taken picture of what the screen and poor graphics looked like. Save yourself the stress and pas on this PC, especially if you play any kind of games.
Really don't think it's fair to rate this product. It wasn't what we were expecting. Supposed to be windows %26 it is 10, supposed to have DVD %26 it doesn't. After setting it up we realized it wasn't what we thought we ordered. Now it has personal info on it. Not sure what to do
