Owning a small work from home business means I watch my weekly spending. HP products have never let me down when it comes to quality and appearance on my business communications. My laptop, printer, scanner, and mailing envelopes are all from HP. When the budget is tight I can get order a single ream of HP Copy %26 Print 20 Paper vs a case . I will never switch to another brand as I am completely happy with HP.
I started to always order this paper after continuous paper jams with cheaper lighter weight paper. For the price, pick up convenience and quality it is worth the cost. I usually buy 1 ream at a time as I only print for personal use. This paper is perfect to print coloring pages for the kids and it is perfect and heavy enough for their crayon, pencil or pen coloring.
It's a ream of paper. White. Quiet. Patient. The most ordinary object in my office, which is exactly what it wants me to think. Practical facts first: this is 20lb weight with a 92 brightness rating, the standard workhorse spec. It's what you want for everyday printing: documents, drafts, homework, shipping labels, the seventeen pages of a lease you'll read someday. It is not what you want for resumes or photo-adjacent printing; step up to a 24lb or 32lb sheet for that. Know what you're buying. It's good paper for its job, and its job is volume. It feeds clean. I've run about half the ream through an Epson inkjet and an old laser printer at work, and not one jam, not one double-feed, no curl coming out of the laser's fuser. That's the real test of cheap paper, and this passes. The 20lb weight means slight show-through if you print heavy ink coverage double-sided, so keep duplexing to text documents. Storage tip people skip: keep the ream in its wrapper until you need it, and store it flat. Paper absorbs humidity, and damp paper is the number one cause of jams and misfeeds. The wrapper isn't packaging, it's a seal. Once broken, things get in. Mostly moisture. Mostly. The cut edges are clean and uniform, no dust shedding into the printer tray, which matters more than people realize for printhead and roller life. Pros: Reliable feeding, jam-free in two different printers, decent 92 brightness for the price, sturdy wrapper, true 500 count. Cons: Show-through on heavy double-sided printing, too thin for formal documents, and every morning the stack in my tray is perfectly squared even though I left it crooked. I always leave it crooked now. Just to check. Five stars. The blank pages aren't empty. They're waiting.
I always choose this HP printer paper. It is a good weight for my printer and a bright white. I went through recipes in a binder that I had printed as long as fifteen years ago and the paper had not yellowed at all. The pages that I did not keep, I cut and use for scratch paper.
I like HP brand because it does not smear when you print documents out. We only have laser printer which only prints in B%26W, that is why I gave the “colors” a zero it's N/A. I know my “lbs” because I was an admin assist for 26 years and I know what The weight should be for specific documents. This 20lb paper is great for everyday printing whether you own laser or Color printer. It's smooth to the touch, no smudges, and NO printing marks (SCORE!!!!)
This is my go-to printer paper. It does not “shed” as it goes through the printer, helping the printer last longer. And the sheet is white, not grey. The paper is sturdy and blacks print dark black at high quality. The price is reasonable. I buy it again and again!
Worked perfectly in my printer. Nice quality paper. Very convenient when you run out of paper in the middle of a project. Thanks to Walmart and they're fast delivery. It was not a problem! Of course it's not Résumé quality, but perfect for what I needed.
I've been a commercial printer for over 51 years and with the vacuum sealed, waterproof plastic wrapper it provides consistent print and feeding virtually no miss feeds
It wasn't working I couldn't get in touch with seller and it was frustrating it wound up the paper was in upside down and it took a lot of me messing around with the printer to figure out I had to switch the paper for it to print at first, the paper was just going through and it was saying it was printed, but nothing was coming out, so I did a lot of messing around and then decided to turn the paper over and it started to work, but it doesn't print very dark and it's missing details so it's not coming out very clear but now that I fixed the paper issue at least it's printing, but the quality could be way better. It says it's not eligible for return through Walmart and you can't contact the seller so it makes you stuck. I called customer service and they even said it looks like you're stuck. I would have to go through some kind of process through Walmart to report it and it's just a huge big hassle, but I just bought it three weeks ago opened it and been trying to figure out how to use it and I don't know why it's not eligible for return that's just crazy plus I bought the three-year protection plan that goes with it and I tried to go through that, but it said because it's less than a year old I had to contact the manufacturer because there should be a one-year warranty on it, but since you can't contact the manufacturer, there's no way to get any help so I'm just stuck and the printer is not printing clear so that doesn't help me with my business
when the package arrived and I opened it up, all the bundles were split open, and many pages were ruined. I'm not very happy about that. this wasn't due to shipping. It was due to the seller not doing their job. the pages not wrinkled or tore work fine.
