Received exactly as described. Excellent condition. Bought for light gaming machine. Added GTX 1030 graphics card, works fine. One note, for some reason the computers region was listed as Zimbabwe. Caused minor problems with some internet activities. Fixed easily enough.

I'm very happy with this purchase. The computer starts up fast and the speed is great. I love the Bluetooth feature as well. Great buy!!

I should have checked more heavily, I don't have any way to plug in an SD card to this computer. There's also been another plug-in issue with something that I own that I thought would just come standard now because of how long the technology has been around. So like I'm having a bit of hardware issues however the computer runs super fast and we have several games downloaded. If you already own a monitor and some of the other smaller items I think it'd be a great investment to just buy this Tower if you need a tower.

I wish I cld say I love it. I don't have any idea yet. I don't even have a power cord that goes with it. I do love it, but I have to buy a power cord for it bc it doesn't come with one. It's in the mail. I just have to wait until then to do anything with the machine. I'll lyk when i get it up and running. U wldn't think I'd have to wait for that. Can't wait to tell you. Rlly. There are a couple of ports that could be oriented better but no real complaints after a couple months of near daily use.

The computer works as advertised buy cosmetically it looks like it has been dragged down the Ho Chi Minh trail. The chassis was covered with wallpaper to cover up the scratches on the chassis and when I took off the front bezel there were dust bunnies underneath. The description is misleading.

Despite listing Windows 10 professional as being included with this PC, it arrived with no license key and no way to activate Windows. Physically it was in good enough shape, but the lack of a license key is kind of a big deal.

Purchased for a fantastic price but found out thru a message on the computer windows 10, which it is loaded with, will not be supported by Microsoft without a fee soon, then find out this unit is not compatible with Windows 11 upgrade. Not Cool.

no customer servcice available after 5 pm m_ f or weends ports were loose couldnt get the monitor to work even went to the store to buy eveyhhing to get this compter working not worth the time or effort must be used i would not attemp to purchase this poorly put together compter nor the unavailablity of cutomer service they provide

Apparently does not have WiFi… no operating system. Really bad rattling sound internally (possible fan noise)
