Very nice office chair for the price - I love the brown color it has. The assembly was a little confusing with the arms but now that it's together, it really looks great. It's a lot more comfortable than I thought it was going to be. Would definitely recommend!

We bought the same chair from various distributors two times so far. This is our third attempt. Previously we went with the less expensive, more plain versions that run for around 80. I have to tell you from experience using and assembling on my own this type of chair 3 times. This one which is a little higher priced range is the best one so far and better built. The bottom seat attached spring based plate is stronger and rocks back better and more strongly and evenly. The side arms have a more advanced designed then the generic 80 dollar onces. Compare and look closely at the bottom edges. And if you look closly you will see that there is more upolstery stitching on the back rest area of the chair, with more pockets of cushioning seperately in compartments. The other two, previously bought, each lasted only one year with spring mechanism problems at the seat base plate, which lead to the plates cracking. I only weigh 240 lbs. But this new chair has a stronger plate, with much much spring retention, rock back. It's very obvious they are using a better metal spring plate, that's more sturdy then the other competitors. That's probably one reason why it costs a little more. Last, be smart and buy the walmart protection plan for 10 to 15 dollars. It's an inexpensive chair and the plan will just replace it and double your ownership time for it

Item arrived with scuffs and stains on the leather, see photos. It wasn't bad enough to return it, and I need a chair and don't want to disassemble and return it and wait for a replacement. It was a little difficult to assemble; would definitely recommend having two people to put it together. Comfort is a 3 out of 5. It sits forward a little bit, and doesn't lean back very easily. It is a nice size and feels sturdy.

The chair is much smaller than it appears in the pictures. Walmart's communications with me on delivery and assembly was constantly changing. There was no way to communicate with Angie's list other than written. I wasn't even aware Someone from Angies List was going to assembly the chair.

The chair was easy to assemble . However, the chair is made of very cheap vinyl plastic. The material was advertised as executive leather. No way close to any type of leather. The chair isn't sturdy at all, very wobbly frame. I was looking to get a bargain at the sale price at 89.99. I got what I paid for, Cheap Chair. I will be looking for a quality chair real soon.

Item held up for 3 months and then started falling apart. Forst it was the screw caps falling out, then it started popping really bad. It was decently comfy at first but working from home constantly was too much for it. It's now on marketplace for $20 obo..

Visually this chair looks great. Sitting in it isn't the greatest experience however. If you are a larger person, don't bother buying this chair. The seat is meant for a smaller normal sized person. The back has far more cushioning than the seat. After sitting in this chair for about an hour I had to get up and move around because the seat was starting to put uncomfortable pressure on my tailbone and the back of my thighs. Not a good chair for someone who has to sit at a desk all day. I will need to buy one of those U-shaped coccyx cushions to be able to sit in it, so thanks a lot for the extra expense there. The locking mechanism only locks when the chair is in the upright position. It will not lock in position while you are leaning back. The adjustment knob that controls the tension on the tilting mechanism is located underneath the seat where it is difficult to reach while you are sitting down. Finally please make sure that you have somebody to help you assemble this thing. I assembled it by myself and found it quite challenging especially when doing the seat and arms installation. You really need two pairs of hands in order to position and hold everything in place to get the screws in. Overall the chair has a great aesthetic but it was designed in a poor, not well thought out manner. You should pass on this one.

The chair is not comfortable at all. It has practically zero seat padding. Also it says it fits up to 400 lb so you would think the seat would be a little wider than a normal chair and it's not. The depth of the seat from front to back is a little short also. It's the size of a gamer chair not very comfortable at all.

Looks good But is rated for 400%23 so is targeting larger people. I am 290 and this is so narrow of a chair it is not comfortable on my legs as the handle dig into them. Also it creaks and groans all the time. Makes it feel like is about to collapse. Really thinking of returning.
