Work diy retail(10 yrs). open it 50-100 times a day. cut hundreds of boxes/week. have tried others..gave away, or they're sitting in a drawer. ALWAYS opens smooth. NONE BETTER!

The utility knife itself is nice. very durable but It came with an extra blade and there was no package or no place to put the blade on the knife.

Received wrong item in my Walmart pickup and now have to return to Walmart. Be careful when ordering online!!!! They will give you cheaper items.
