Quick delivery. The box wasn't too heavy to drag into the house or to push into the room where I wanted it. The instructions were easy. I am 5'4" and over 60. Don't weigh a lot. The assembly was easy and I didn't need help. The shelving rack is sturdy and attractive. Bought the shelf liners, too. Pleased all the way around.

I have looked over the items in my box but have not assembled the shelving unit yet. This is the second time that I have purchased this same order. I had an easy time assembling the first and all parts were included. I expect the assembly of the second to go as well. As far as pricing goes the Walmart price was more reasonable than what other companies were offering. I find this shelving unit to fit my needs perfectly.

These shelves are very strong and sturdy, easy to put together, and the shelves are adjustable height. I live in a fairly small apartment, so keeping stuff organized and out of the way, but easy to get to is a must for me. The hight of these shelves gives me more floor space.

I love this shelving unit. It came with good instructions which made it relatively easy for me to put together by myself. It's sturdy and holds quite a lot. It's price was very reasonable - it's actually a bargain in my opinion. I'm very glad I bought it.

I have purchased several of these wire shelving racks. They come well secured in the shipping boxes. Very easy to assemble. Most other racks of this size only come with 5 shelves. You can also purchase other accessories as needed. Highly recommend.

This product is made of strong metal. The casters are large and well made, they swivel. You have to assemble it and when done it's heavy. It rolls and turns easily with the shelves full. Each shelf has a small raised edge to help keep items from sliding off. The only thing I don't like is the way the shelves are held in place, two pieces of plastic snap together around the leg and they don't always stay in place very well. It seems that most shelving like this uses the same method for holding the shelves, but there should be a better way. That's why I deducted one star from the rating. Regarding the shipping, the product arrived very quickly, in 2 days. However, the cardboard cartons provide little protection because the cardboard is not very thick and there's no packing around the contents inside the box . I ordered 3 of these and each carton was ripped and damaged badly. One shelf in each of two cartons was bent at one end and in the third box two shelves were bent. Given that the metal is strong, it took a lot to bend them, so I don't know what happened. Thankfully, the corners of the bent shelves were still straight so I was able to slide the legs through to use them, even though they don't look good. All the pieces needed for assembly were in each carton, nothing was missing.

Love this unit, it easily moves across the floor and is very sturdy. I have turned the shelving unit into a nursery. I have attached lights on the underside and can move the shelves as my plants grow.

Very flimsy shelves compared to previous purchase. Old unit has support beams running the length of the shelves 5@48" support beams, and 59@18" shelf wires with less than 1" gaps. This new unit only has support beams running short length 5@18", and only 14@48" shelf wires. Shelf wires have huge gaps, causing items to tip over. Terrible design, there is no real strength with the support beam and shelf wire spacing. No way can this support 350 pounds per shelf, when I can easily bend shelf wires by squeezing with one hand. Impossible for me to do on the older unit. TOTAL CRAP!

Arrived damaged. 2 shelves were badly bent. Looked like this box was someone else's return. Straps that held the shelves together were cut. Some damage to paint on every self. Followed instructions to contact manufacture about damage and have not heard back from them, it's been 9 days.

Terrible quality. Shelves will not lock into place, they keep sliding to the bottom. I have put several shelving units together and never seen such junk. I tried to make it work and figure out some sort of trick but in the end had to send back. Spend a little more so you are actually able to assemble the product and use it. If i could give zero stars I would have. I am so confused by the 5 star reviews, unless I happened to get a defective product?
